Jalandhar, December 15, 2023: The annual sports day at Apeejay School, Tanda Road, Jalandhar, was a spectacular display of athleticism, sportsmanship, and teamwork. The event, witnessed enthusiastic participation from students ranging from Pre-Nursery to VIII across various activities and races.

The school ground buzzed with excitement as young talents showcased their skills in a myriad of activities, including exercises, yoga, and martial arts. The diverse range of races, such as kangaroo jump, pick the balls, zig-zag race, one-leg race, hurdle race, shuttle run, dribble the ball, and back running, added a competitive edge to the event.

Jalandhar, December 12, 2023: Apeejay School, Tanda Road, Jalandhar hosted an engaging Inter-House Social Science Quiz, bringing together students from four houses – Aravali, Nilgiri, Shivalik, and Vindhya. The event focused on testing the participants' knowledge across various aspects of Geography, History, and Civics.

Nilgiri House secured the first position, demonstrating remarkable proficiency in the quiz. Vindhya House claimed the second position, closely followed by Shivalik House in the third position.

Jalandhar, December 09, 2023: The Pre Primary wing of Apeejay School Tanda Road, Jalandhar celebrated Bodhi Day with zeal and enthusiasm. Students chanted the mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum" and learned about the importance of meditation. A short documentary on the life and enlightenment of Buddha was showcased. Adding a creative touch, students came dressed as Buddha and his disciples, fostering a deeper understanding of the spiritual significance of the occasion. The celebration was a holistic experience, blending education and cultural immersion.

Jalandhar, November 04, 2023: The Fifth Season of the Inter-School Talent Hunt, "Skills n Thrills," organised by our School was a resounding success. The event brought together students from various playway schools in Jalandhar who showcased their talents in various categories such as singing, dancing, acting, coloring and more. The competition was thoughtfully segregated into three categories: Glowing Pearls, Shimmering Diamonds and Sparkling Sapphires. Additionally, a ‘Colour-O-Fun’ Competition for drawing and coloring was organised for all the above categories. The blooming buds exhibited their talents with exuberance and enthusiasm. Their performances were not only delightful but also highly appreciated by the audience, which included parents, teachers and other well-wishers.

Jalandhar, November 02, 2023: The School came alive with vibrant cultural programme to celebrate the Birthday of Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairperson, Apeejay Education and Chancellor, Apeejay Stya University. The School Principal expressed his gratitude to Madam for her dedication to education and her constant support to the School. The principal highlighted the importance of Madam Berlia's leadership and the positive impact she has had on the institution.

The festivities continued with a birthday cake-cutting ceremony, symbolising the School's appreciation and warm wishes for their Chairperson. Each classroom was adorned with colorful balloons and ribbons, creating a festive atmosphere throughout the school. The celebration highlighted the unity and warmth that exists within the Apeejay School, Tanda Road, community, as they came together to honour and celebrate their esteemed Chairperson’s special day.

Jalandhar, August 07, 2023: The students of Class V celebrated the National Handloom Day enthusiastically by organising a presentation that shed light on the significance of the day. A student delivered an insightful introduction about the occasion. The accompanying PowerPoint showcased the historical importance of handlooms, their present status and ways to support weavers. Additionally, students exhibited their creative skills through poster-making.

Jalandhar, August 06, 2023: The Intra-Class English Poem Recitation Competition was recently organised for students of Classes I to IV. It was a delightful event that showcased the young talents' creativity and expression. The students participated with great enthusiasm and recited beautiful, thoughtful and imaginative poems. The event not only provided a platform for the children to showcase their literary skills but also helped in boosting their self-confidence and public speaking abilities at a tender age.

Jalandhar, August 03, 2023: On the occasion of Hiroshima Day, the students of Class VI at Apeejay School, Tanda Road, Jalandhar, commemorated the historical significance of the day with a thoughtful and impactful event. The students were reminded the importance of striving for global peace. In a heartwarming gesture, the students created origami doves, a symbol of peace and love, as a tribute to the victims of the bombing and to advocate for a world free from violence and conflict.

Jalandhar, August 02, 2023: The Pre-Primary wing of Apeejay School, Tanda Road, Jalandhar, celebrated Watermelon Day with enthusiasm. The children created watermelons using craft sheets and also made beautiful watermelon tattoos. The little ones relished refreshing watermelon shakes and the delicious fruit as a part of the celebration.

Jalandhar, July 28, 2023: The School celebrated the spirit of art and creativity and gave wings to the artistic expressions of their students through Rajeshwari Kala Utsav 2023. The 99th Birth Anniversary of Smt. Rajeshwari Paul, the first lady and wife of Dr Stya Paul, the inspiration behind all Apeejay Education institutions and revered mother of Madam Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairperson, Apeejay Education, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and zeal.
