The practice of meditation and yoga is a process of self-awareness. It is one of the key tools to help harmonize the mind and tap into the potential of higher consciousness. An effective virtual workshop on ‘Dhyan- Meditation and Yoga Session for Inner Peace’ was organised by Apeejay School, Saket.
The thought-provoking workshop was taken up by our school yoga expert – Mr Pradip Pandey. It focused on various vital issues like stress management, maintaining healthy boundaries as well as emotional regulation.
