New Delhi, October 11, 2019: Apeejay School, Saket hosted a special Career Counselling workshop, for the students of classes IX to XII. The resource person for the workshop was Ms Usha Albuquerque, Founder Director of Careers Smart, an authority in the field of Career Counselling. Her pleasing persona, distinguished personality, exceptional oratory skills and immense wealth of knowledge enthralled the students and teachers. She described the various conventional and new career fields that are emerging in today’s times and how to reach them. Being an interactive session, students were able to voice their queries and get satisfactory exemplified answers. It was indeed a memorable experience for all.

New Delhi, September 28, 2019: "A parent is a teacher at home, a teacher is a parent in school and the child is the centre of our universe”. With this ethos in mind, an 'Orientation Programme' was organised by Apeejay School, Saket, to sensitize the parents of the Pre-Primary Wing students. Parents were formally welcomed and addressed by the School Principal, Mrs Smita Amit. The session was effectively conducted by the eminent psychologist, Dr V.S. Ravindran who shared his views on ‘Positive Parenting’ with the parents. The session concluded with many takeaways for the parents. It set them introspecting about their contribution in their child's life. They were appreciative and thankful for such an informative session by the School.

New Delhi, April 13, 2019: Ushering in the new session, a ‘Parents' Orientation Programme’ was organised by Apeejay School, Saket, for the parents of classes Nursery to XII. The aim of this exercise was to acquaint the parents with the vision and mission of the Apeejay Education Society spearheaded by the able leadership of its Chairperson, Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, echoing the ethos of our Founder Chairman, Dr Stya Paul.

Dr V.S. Garg, Education Advisor, Apeejay Education Society, was the honourable speaker who conducted an enlightening session on the pedagogy practiced at Apeejay Schools to nurture the tender saplings that enter the realms of this temple of learning. He highlighted the importance of positive parenting which is crucial for the healthy development of the learners. Dr Garg insisted on providing children the opportunity to develop their creativity to the fullest while giving them first hand exposure through daily activities that build up their life skills. The Orientation Programme concluded on an optimistic note with parents assuring to work towards helping their children blossom into happy, skillful, creative and well-adjusted citizens.

New Delhi, August 30, 2019: A Workshop on ‘Introduction to Different Careers’ was conducted for parents of classes XI and XII. It was conducted by Mr Srajan of Career Launcher wherein he explained the different career paths that a student can opt for after Class XII. An emphasis on BBA and Law Careers was made by the speaker.

New Delhi, August 17, 2019: A Workshop on ‘Teachers' Code of Conduct and Responsibilities’ was held in the School auditorium for the teachers of Classes Nursery to XII by Ms Priya Vaidya (Headmistress), Ms Reena Bhasin, Primary In-charge and Ms Minakshi Juneja, Pre-Primary In-charge.

The Workshop reiterated the rules as per DOE regarding a teacher's conduct at school. It touched upon daily routine and safety measures to be implemented by the teacher. It also dealt with the best practices that can be adopted by the teacher to make learning effective.
