An effective virtual workshop on 'Rearing Emotional Intelligence in Children through Role Modelling by Parents’ was organised by Apeejay School, Saket for the students of the Pre-Primary and Primary section.
The thought-provoking workshop was taken by our School Counsellor – Ms Naina Midha. It focused on various vital issues like anger management, socio-emotional needs of students, maintaining healthy boundaries as well as emotional regulation. Parents found this interactive session very renewing and stimulating. It motivated them to reflect on their own practices and be a true role model for their child.

New Delhi, Sep 26, 2020: Apeejay School, Saket, organised a semi-classical online dance workshop for the students of the Pre-Primary and Primary Wing. The session intended to create a learning cum fun environment for both the students and parents who shared their choreography on the enthralling song - “Mohe Panghat Pe” picturized on the famous actress ‘Madhubala’. The event was coordinated and conducted by Ms Mailka Baig, our expert dance teacher. It was an invigorating session as the enthusiastic participants danced to their heart's content and extolled this refreshing workshop.

New Delhi, Sep 19, 2020: An engaging synthesizer workshop titled 'Musicology' was organised virtually at Apeejay School, Saket, through Zoom Cloud meeting by our music maestro, Mr Lalit. He provided valuable inputs to the audience with this melodious online training workshop. The glory and roots of Indian Classical music were highlighted in the session. The eager audience learnt about the process of using preloaded rhythm on a synthesizer along with the usage of sharp and flat musical notes. They were also enlightened about finger numbers and various musical scales to be used on a synthesizer. The young enthusiastic learners exhibited keen interest and enjoyed the musical session.

New Delhi, August 29, 2020: To develop this scientific approach of exploration and innovation, students of Class III of Apeejay School, Saket, attended a workshop on 'Ocean Craft' wherein they learnt the technique of construction of aquatic creatures using a self-made paper cone. The students took an active part in it as they were enthusiastic to learn the technique.

Apeejay School, Saket, organised a fascinating workshop titled 'Crazy Artsy' by Mr Maharana, our art teacher. The workshop provided a platform for all the participants to express their creativity and learn the art of drawing and painting from our expert artists. It was a step-by-step drawing and painting session to bring their favourite activities to life and produce marvellous art. It focused on the elements of art and how to draw and paint keeping perspective and proportion in mind. Acrylics, watercolors, and oil pastels were used to create mesmerising paintings. Everyone participated in it with renewed enthusiasm and thoroughly enjoyed the workshop.
