New Delhi, Sep. 2018: The students of Class II put up an excellent presentation in the School auditorium on the ‘National Symbols of five nations – India, Nepal, Mozambique, Switzerland and Brazil’. The students of Class II compered the show and put up a ramp walk showcasing the dresses of these five nations and also sang a beautiful song to show inclusiveness ‘We are the children’. Mr Pratyusa Mandal, Head of International Relations Division, NCERT, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The exhibits displayed included flags, posters, clay models, origami animals and flowers. The exhibits were explained to the visitors by the students of Class II.
Students of classes III, IV & V also viewed the exhibition. Students of Class V also interacted with the Chief Guest, posing questions & concerns regarding the perception and mindset that exists about China, one of India’s neighbours.
