New Delhi, December 22, 2012: As part of the school’s 25th anniversary and its continuous efforts to provide global exposure to its students, Apeejay School, Saket, recently organised a unique exhibition called ‘Window to the World’. The exhibition portrayed the diverse cultures, traditions, history and geography of thirteen countries across the globe. Mrs. Sushma Berlia, honourable President, Apeejay Education Society, inaugurated the occasion.
Students transformed rooms into different countries and gave the guests a virtual experience of the world. The guests had to go through security check at the school reception and were issued passports. When visiting each ‘country’, guests had to go through immigration as their passports were stamped. At Kaleidoscope, the cultural extravaganza, students presented dances and music from across the world. Also, Mrs. Berlia put her hand print on a collage of handprints that represented the team spirit at Apeejay School, Saket as she appreciated the efforts put in by the students and staff.
