The Indian Army proudly and vigilantly guards our motherland all day and night so that we may live peacefully. A mesmerising musical evening was dedicated to celebrating our glorious nation and its valiant soldiers. 'Roundelay', the musical group of Apeejay School, Saket, hosted 'Ek Shaam Watan Ke Naam', an event displaying love for our motherland and reverence towards the Indian Army. The evening was filled with melodious renditions by the Roundelay group and Apeejayites from our sister schools – Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park, Pitampura, and Charkhi Dadri which exhibited marvelous talent through their exemplary performances. The schools were honored by the gracious presence of the esteemed Chief Guest, Retired Major General Sharabh Pachori. His inspiring address and melodious rendition encouraged all to emulate the great heroes and infuse motivation in whatever they do. The presence of two of our alumni, Mr Umesh Nadkarni and Mr Anshul Nautiyal added a sparkle to the event as they mesmerised the gathering through their performances. A pledge to promote Swadeshi and choose products made in India & for India was administered by Ms Neena Kaushik. The event was successfully organised under the able guidance of the School Principal, Mrs Smita Amit.
