Delhi, Sep 30, 2022: A workshop on Social Etiquette for students of Classes II and III was organised on 30 September 2022. The resource person was Ms. Jayshree Mehta. It began with a discussion on creating good impressions and bad impressions. Ms Mehta spoke about the various day-to-day life examples as she elucidated the importance of good social etiquette and how it helps in having good relationships with people all around. She urged on using magical words such as ‘Thank You’ and ‘Sorry’. Further, the consequences of good and bad behaviour were also discussed in an interactive and engaging manner.

Delhi, Sep 29, 2022: In its relentless pursuit to provide global learning opportunities to its students, Apeejay School, Pitampura organised a video conferencing session with Farragut Career Academy, USA, on 29 September 2022.

The topic of Civic Participation was earnestly discussed and debated by the participants. The young students shared contemporary examples from their own countries to explore the depth of civic participation and its significance in the current times.

The participants were eager to learn from each other and took up common topics like the voting system, the democratic process and how civic participation plays a pivotal role in community development and acts as a watchdog of society.

The platform allowed the students to learn and share their thoughts openly; this is what education aims at Apeejay-'preparing committed citizens and leaders of tomorrow.'

Delhi, Sep 29, 2022: A workshop for students of Classes IV and V was held on 29 September 2022. The topic of the workshop was 'Time Management’. The resource person was Ms Nalini James. She spoke at length about various ways in which the students can save time and do constructive work. They discussed the three 'P's - Priority, Plan and Process. Further, she explained how Time Management increases Effectiveness and Efficiency.

The emphasis was laid on tracking the time and doing productive work. The major hindrances in managing time such as various distractions and multi-tasking were explained. Ms Nalini interacted with students and ensured that they understood the importance of Time and its management. The students responded enthusiastically throughout the session. The workshop was very interactive and engaging.
