Delhi, May 05, 2022: HT School, & HT Smartcast organized a workshop for students on 5th May 2022 named “Junior Smartcaster- The Podcast Making Workshop.” It gave a complete insight into the universe of Podcasting. Five students from classes IX-XII and a teacher attended the workshop.

The students got to know the process of making a podcast. They did their research and recorded the trailer for their podcast.

The recording was done by the HT and at the end of the session, they were given the certificates. “Exploration, interactions and observation took the front seat of learning today when I visited Fever 104 and 94.3 Radio One.”- said Divisha a student of class X. It was a great workshop everyone was very interactive and enthusiastic. It was based on Podcast Making we also met radio jockeys – said Harivansh a student of class XII.

New Delhi, April 27, 2022:Twenty students from Class XII of Apeejay School Pitampura and 10 students from Apeejay School Saket and Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park attended a Conference on Organ Donation & Transplantation on 27th April 2022 organised by PhD Chamber of Commerce & Industry. They interacted with Dr Manohar Agnani, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India.

The panel discussion included medical experts ranging from international cardiologist Dr. Sameer Gupta and Dr Jauhari from Sri Ganga Ram hospital.

Major problems faced by the NOTTO (National Organ and Tissue Transplantation Organisation) were discussed, like lack of awareness amongst the masses, differentiation between cadaveric organ donation and donation by a brain stem dead individual, implementation of policies, and issue of allocation of resources.

The school had taken a great initiative for the students to be involved in such awareness programs as the youth is the future and they should be aware of these issues of the society.

New Delhi, April 01, 2022:A group of 30 Students from class X participated in the prestigious event ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ at Talkatora Stadium. The students were accompanied by Mr. Sudhir Ranjan, Mrs Sarita Sharma and Mrs Bhupesh Grewal.

The event started with a cultural programme followed by an interaction with the Prime Minister. Pariksha Pe Charcha is an annual event in which the Prime Minister responds to questions related to examination stress and related areas posed by students in his uniquely engaging style in a live programme.

Highlighting that outdated ideas and policies from the 20th century cannot guide the country's development trajectory in the 21st century, the Prime Minister said, "We have to change with the times.

The Prime Minister also advised the students to find out what makes them happy and indulge in activities they enjoy to keep themselves motivated.
