Delhi, May 21, 2021: Apeejay School, Pitampura organised a session for the students of classes VI-VIII and their parents on the topic – 'Mission Happiness - Towards Emotional Well Being & Positive Mental Strength' on 21st May 2021. The topic was well thought of in these challenging times. Dr. Jyotsna Bhardwaj well-known psychologist and counsellor was the resource person. She emphasised the need to make happiness a mission for all, especially teenagers. Placing a strong emphasis on the four pillars for a strong foundation – Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Health in life, she also gave tips to the students on how to train the brain for positive thinking and managing emotions.

The whole session was very enriching and informative and it ended with a question-answer session which was very interactive and lively. The parents appreciated the efforts of the School to bring such engaging sessions which would indeed help the students to take care of their overall health.

New Delhi, April 24, 2021: Teachers attended a workshop on ‘Addressing the Psychosocial Impact of the Pandemic on Children’ organised by the Orient Black Swan. The major objective of the workshop was to enable the teachers to understand the child’s anxiety and concerns in the context of COVID-19.

New Delhi, April 10, 2021: An Awakening Program was organised for the class teachers by the Ramakrishna Mission on 10th April 2021, from 10 am to 3 pm. The training was attended by the class teachers of classes Nursery to X. This is the first training session being organised by the Ramakrishna Mission as a pilot project for all Apeejay Schools.
