Singapore, May 25, 2014: On 17th May 2014, 12 students of Apeejay School, Pitampura along with the teacher, Ms. Anjana Gaba, got an opportunity to attend an Exchange Programme (May 18-May 25, 2014) in Hwa Chong Institution, Singapore. The Institution is one of the topmost Chinese schools of the city established in the year 1918, covering both secondary and pre-university levels.

The students got a golden opportunity to learn different sabbaticals such as badminton, volleyball, basketball and chess and have a glimpse of the Singaporean culture. The students also observed the flag raising ceremony; hence forth they went to their respective sabbaticals along with their host students followed by various sightseeing. The students were taken to various tourist destinations like Universal Studios, Singapore Flyer, Merlion, Jurong Bird Park, Little India & Chinatown, National Museum and Sentosa Island. The experience was indeed remarkable and astounding. Students learnt values of discipline, punctuality, patience and team spirit.
