New Delhi, Dec. 13, 2016: Keeping in the view the aspiration of an interface with Science & its activities, Apeejay School, Pitampura had planned a visit to the India International Science Festival (IISF) 2016 at the National Physics Laboratory. The Fest signifies a collective effort towards nurturing scientific temperament at the global level.
Students from classes IX & X got a glimpse into the applications of Science that they have been studying in their textbooks.
Students visited the hub of rural technology where prestigious institutes presented their innovative ideas that aimed to carry the benefits of modernization of rural India.
Then students then moved to the Aeronautical Centre focused on ISRO that combined India’s success beyond the Earth. At last, they visited the Metrological Department and Biotechnological Centre. This included getting information about the past from the long accumulated snow in the Antarctic region.
Overall, it was a great learning experience for students.
