New Delhi, Jan. 22, 2017: Students of Apeejay School, Pitampura participated in the Rotary Fest organised by the Rotary Club of Delhi held at Select Citywalk, Saket on 21st and 22nd January 2017. The students of classes VII-X were taken for the days out to display their flair to the audience. The esteemed guest of honour for the second day was Mrs. Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairman, Apeejay Education Society.

Music is a piece of art that goes straight from the ear to the heart. Apeejay School, Pitampura presented two songs at the fest. The song ‘insaan hain hum’ that conveys a message to demolish all religious barriers and treat every individual as equal enthralled the crowd. The song was followed by a mime act depicting the lives of our valiant and lionhearted soldiers. The act left the audience spellbound.

The next song, ‘Ibaadat’ exhibited the true meaning of believing and worshipping the almighty. It communicated the idea that it is good to remember God by lending a helping hand to the needy instead of worshipping the idols. This song was a tribute to all the people who have been a support in nurturing the School’s motto ‘Soaring High is My Nature.’
