New Delhi, March 24, 2017: A Night Camp for students of Class V was organised from 23rd-24th March 2017. Students enthusiastically participated in the Treasure Hunt in which classes V-A and V-D were declared as the winners. Students zealously played and enjoyed the field games. This was followed by a Nature Walk wherein students were made aware of the significance of plants in our lives. They were taken for a tour and were familiarised with the various plants grown in the School premises. They also learnt about medicinal and ornamental plants. Later in the evening, a documentary based on the historical monument, Red Fort was shown. It was followed by dinner and a camp fire session in which children danced on foot tapping numbers.
The Camp concluded with an interactive session wherein students shared their experiences with their peers. It proved to be an enriching and enlightening experience as the students gathered knowledge about the Red Fort and also imbibed the values of sharing & caring.
