New Delhi, Dec. 21, 2018: The ‘INSPIRE’ programme is organised every year for the students who achieved above 95% in Class X CBSE Secondary Board Examination. It is organised to inspire students and encourage them to work in various fields of Science and take on research work with innovative ideas, become scientists & explore and receive laurels for their work.
The five-day event (17th Dec. - 21st Dec.) was attended by Mrs Amita Sharma along with Aayushmaam Jha, Aditya, Arakya Kaushik, Rushiv Goel and Utsav Batra from Apeejay School, Pitampura.
Each day, students participated in two lectures by eminent delegates in various fields of Science like Life Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry and Mathematics. Students were informed with new and useful information which was followed by a Q&A session which was very encouraging for the students. They were able to understand various concepts in many topics of Science.
After the lectures, the second half of the day was of hands-on experiments (workshop). They also received the ideas and the methodology of working in college as well as the way research is being done by scientists. They also learnt about the scientific aptitude and methods to work.
All the students received the participation certificates and Aayushmaan Jha received the Consolation Award for the best innovative idea in the field of science and technology to work upon.
The event encouraged the youngsters to have many hopes for the coming future with many new fields to work upon and to be different.
