July 23, 2022: Apeejay School, Pitampura organised its Annual Exhibition titled “Green – The New Pink” on 23 July 2022 exhibiting the innovative and creative holiday homework of students through an array of live presentations, street plays, mime, powerpoint presentations and a mesmerising cultural show. The Chief Guest Dr. B.C. Sabata, Rtd. Sr. Scientific Officer, Department of Environment Govt. of NCT Delhi and Guest of Honour Dr. Vidyulata, Rtd. Assistant Professor, Rural Development MGICCC, were full of praise for the spell binding cultural presentation sending out a clarion call for environment protection.

The program began with a floral tributed to the Founder Chairman Late Dr. Stya Paul by the Principal and the dignitaries. The dignitaries were accorded a warm welcome by the school band. Through the cultural program, the students shared their concern on critical environmental issues like increase in pollution, dumping of waste and over exploitation of resources to name a few. Several interesting competitions and quiz shows were organised for the parents to involve them in the exhibition theme. Students of the Pre-Primary wing also put up a foot tapping dance performance to voice their concern on the issue. The school orchestra Symphony played out soulful musical melodies as the parents visited the aesthetically decorated Classrooms showcasing the holiday homework projects of their wards. The colourful models and intricate artwork by the students received an overwhelming stamp of approval and appreciation from all the parents.

The Principal Ms. Veena Goel congratulated the students for their creative and innovative efforts and thanked the parents for their overwhelming support in making the program a resounding success.
