Educational Excursions

Jaipur, Sep. 30, 2018: Students of Class X went on an educational trip to Jaipur from 28th September to 30th September. Students visited Jantar Mantar of Jaipur – the largest of all Jantar Mantars. They were fascinated to get to know about the technology and instruments of the past. Next, they visited the City Palace which consisted of a museum and an Art Gallery. The accompanying guide also shared about the history of the palace, dynasty of the rulers of Jaipur and the current generation of the ruling family. The day concluded with a dance party at our hotel which was enjoyed by everyone.

Next day in the morning, students visited the famous Johri Bazaar from where the students bought a variety of items endemic to Jaipur. In the afternoon, they visited a paper manufacturing factory and came to know about the steps behind the manufacture of designer sheets, paper bags, etc. Further, they were taken to a small blue pottery factory. In the evening, students visited the famous Chokhi Dhani resort. Various activities, in the traditional setting of a village, mesmerised everyone.

On the final day of the trip, students visited the Amer Fort accompanied by a guide. It was a memorable trip wherein students learnt more about India's rich cultural heritage.

Trip to Jaipur

New Delhi, July 27, 2018: Students of the Pre-Primary Wing went for a four-day educational excursion to the neighbourhood places. Class KG class went for an educational excursion from 26th – 27th July, whereas Class Nursery went for an educational excursion on 30th and 31st July.

The excursion was organised to give the children a flavour of the local culture in and around the school. Apart from covering the standard establishments like a hospital, a police station, a fire station and a college, children were also given a glimpse of other attractions like the local market area, places of worship, metro station, petrol pump, gas station, mall, movie hall, bus stand, schools, bakery, etc. Children had gala time learning about these co-existing neighbourhood places.
