New Delhi, June 19, 2021: An Inter-House Collage Making Competition for classes II and III was held on Zoom on Saturday, 19th June 2021. The theme for the competition was ‘Grow More Trees’. The enthusiastic students got an opportunity to exhibit their divergent thinking and creativity. Students had to decide what to use and best to use the waste material to express themselves. Children enjoyed the activity and created magical expressions with their imagination and aesthetic exploration.

Discipline House secured the first position in Class II and Devotion House bagged the first position in Class II.

New Delhi, Dec 26, 2020: ‘From Page to Stage’ Book Character Dramatization - An Inter-House Competition was held for the students of classes IV & V. Children were attired in their favourite literary characters from fairy tales, Panchtantra and classics books like Harry Potter, Anne Frank, Cinderella, Rapunzel, Sherlock Holmes, Oliver Twist, Helen Keller, etc. Role play is the basis of all dramatic activity. The ability to step into another character’s shoes comes quite naturally to most children. Activities like ‘Character Dramatization’d challenge children to develop a more sensitive understanding of a variety of viewpoints whilst sharpening their language and movement skills. By adopting a role, children can step into the past or future and travel to any location, dealing with issues on moral and intellectual levels. The passionate enactments were appreciated by everyone present. Determination House secured the first position among classes IV and Devotion House bagged first position among classes V.

New Delhi, Oct 31, 2020: Yoga is an integral part of the School curriculum. With a focus on the importance of a robust body and mind during this pandemic, an Inter-House Yoga Competition was organised for classes IV-V on 31st October 2020.

It was a great delight to see the participants perform various asanas with so much agility. Exquisite yoga postures were a hallmark of all the houses. Students moved from one pose to another effortlessly and seamlessly. The competition boosted the confidence and self-esteem of the young yoga enthusiasts.
