This team has given more than 60,000 alumni who have excelled in their careers and have brought laurels for their families, their communities, their countries, while doing immense amounts of work for humanity.
We have been setting governance benchmarks in education deriving from the experience of our management team at global institutions like Harvard, Stanford, and MIT. We involve educationists, parents, alumni, and other stakeholders to continuously work towards improving education levels for our students.
At Apeejay we have always strived for the highest standards of faculty with each member going through rigorous interview processes even if they are well-experienced and qualified. We are proud that over our 50+ years our faculty training program has allowed teachers to move on to higher roles within our system, as leaders of other institutions, and in society at large. We do not believe getting a degree in education or a PhD in a subject is a sufficient qualification for teaching in one of our schools. We want teachers who are truly passionate about our mission and have a love for learning as much as teaching. Most of all we hire teachers who reflect the values we wish to instil into our students as we believe values are lived and emulated not just taught.
