New Delhi, April 22, 2022: On the occasion of Earth Day, various activities were conducted at our School under the topic of 'Say No to Single use Plastics', which included Slogan-Writing, Role-Play, Essay-Writing, Poem-Writing, Quiz, Lecture and Pledge to avoid single use plastics.

New Delhi, Dec 22, 2021: National Mathematics Day was organized in middle and senior classes of the school on 22 Dec 2021 to the birthday of Shri Srinivasa Ramanujan, the great mathematical genius who made exemplary contribution to Mathematics.The Mathematics Day was celebrated with objective of creating awareness about importance of mathematics in day-to-day life situation and also to create students’ interest in studying the mathematics.

As part of the celebrations, quiz programme, Special Assemblies and talk on Mathematics were organized.

The programme was enjoyed by the participants and other students. Respected Principal Ms Ritu Mehta and Vice Principal Ms Shalini Agarwal also graced the occasion and encouraged the students to participate in such activities in future as well.

New Delhi, Oct 25, 2021: In today’s time, it is imperative to talk to children about the differences between right and wrong, appropriate and inappropriate types of touches and the measures to be taken to counter such untoward incidents. Therefore, the Interact Club of Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park, organised PROJECT AATM SANRAKSHAN on 25th October to enlighten, guide, and create awareness about good and bad touch, explain the importance of protecting one’s body, know their safe circle and how to seek help from the child helpline.

The project was implemented through an online webinar conducted by Ms. Shweta Oberoi (Primary School In-charge) and Ms. Moumita Mallik Sen (Interact Club In-Charge), with the help of PPTs and videos, for the students of classes V - VII.

The students actively participated in the webinar, shared their experiences and views, and most importantly, became empowered in the process.

New Delhi, April 22, 2021: Earth Day was celebrated on 22nd April 2021 by the Interact Club to pay homage to Mother Earth for nurturing and nourishing humans with her bounties. Emphasis was laid on the role one should play as responsible individuals to save planet earth from the atrocities inflicted on her. A short video on the topic 'Mother Earth in Alternate Reality’ was prepared to show how the actions of mankind will influence the condition of the planet. A quiz was also given to the students on the same theme.
