New Delhi, February 8, 2014: The School celebrated its Annual Day themed ‘Women Empowerment’ in the presence of eminent dignitaries like Ms. Madhu Rani Teotia, Addl. Director, Directorate of Education & Mr. Amit Khare, Joint Secretary, Education Policy, UNESCO as the chief guests; Mrs. Renu Sharma, Dy. Director, Directorate of Education as the special guest and Ms. Suman Nalwa, Deputy Commissioner of Delhi Police as the guest of honour for the occasion. The event was presided over by Mrs. Sushma Paul Berlia, President, Apeejay Education and Co-Promoter & President of Apeejay Stya & Svran Group.

Students with outstanding performance in academics, sports, art & craft were also honoured by the Chief Guests and the Guest of Honour. The entire audience became spellbound when they witnessed the amazing skating performance by the primary section students. To conclude the event, all the attendees took pledges to respect woman and girl child through a palm-marking activity. They also wrote some messages on women empowerment.

Sonipat, December 22, 2013: RYLA 2013 – Rotary District 3010 organised the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards 2013 from 20th to 22nd December 2013 at the O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat. 12 Interactors and Mrs. Urvashi Narang from Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park attended the RYLA. Shivangi Saith, Secretary of Interact Club won the Girls Single Badminton Tournament and also won the 1st position in the Solo Singing Competition. The Interactors presented the cultural programme in the evening.

New Delhi, December 2013: The Interactors and the school band of the school performed four inspirational songs at the inaugural session of the Rotary South-East Asia Literary Meet held at the Ashoka Hotel, Chanakyapuri, in the presence of 750 delegates from across Asia and India.

New Delhi, December 24, 2013: Cohesion 2013 – An Interactors Inter-School Meet was held at the school. The chief guest for the occasion was Chairperson of the Inner Wheel, Ms. Seema Khaitan, and the Guest of Honour was Rtn. Rahul Bhargava from the Rotary Mid-Town, New Delhi. 14 schools participated in the various events and a number of esteemed Rotarians were present as judges. Apeejay School, Noida won the overall trophy at the event.

New Delhi, October 30, 2013: The school celebrated its gala annual event, ‘Force Fest’, on 29th & 30th October 2013. The occasion was graced by the honourable Chief Guest, Mr. Sandeep Marwah, Director, Asian Academy of Film & Television and Asian School of Media Studies. The Guest of Honour was Mr. R. K Singh, Additional Director, Asian Academy of Film & Television and Asian School of Media Studies.

Mr. Sandeep Marwah motivated the students by giving technical knowledge in the field of making movies. He also inspired the students towards making movies and graphics. He emphasised on the immense potential of students in the field of Information Technology. He encouraged the students to participate in the competitions to learn and share new technology.

The principal of the school, Mr. A.P. Sharma, reiterated the fact that India should retain its top slot position in the field of IT and encouraged the students to work harder to achieve the pinnacle of success. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation of many schools of the NCR in events like Web Designing, Quiz, Jingle, Programming, Presentation, Ms-Paint, Digital Imaging, Audio Video Editing, Surprise Event and Gaming. After the tough competition of two days, the Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar was adjudged the overall winner.
