Kargil Diwas Celebration
New Delhi, July 26, 2022The Interact Club organised Project Kargil Vijay Diwas on 26th July 2022. The solemn event marked the completion of 23 golden years of victory attained in the Kargil war.
The Chief Guest was Major General Sanjay Soi (Retd.), a veteran of the Military Service with an experience of over 36 years. The event comprised various performances by the students ranging from a Nukaad Natak. The students danced and sang in unison Kadam Kadam Bareya Ja.
A poster-making competition was organised by the club for Classes VI to VIII where the students with their artistic skills won the heart of the chief guest. The event finally reached its culmination with the auditorium reverberating with the national anthem.
Scholar Badge Ceremony: Senior Wing
New Delhi, July 04, 2022: The school organised a Scholar Badge Ceremony for the Senior Wing which was held on 4th and 5th July 2022. The school is strongly committed to the cause of academic excellence and a pertinent step in this direction is felicitating the meritorious students who have excelled in academics.
A multitude of high scorers of classes VI to VIII (2020-21) and classes IX and X (2020-21) were awarded scholar badges by the school Principal, Mr Sandeep Singh Kathuria and Vice Principal, Ms Shalini Agarwal.
Principal Sir in his address to students highly commended the stupendous achievement of various scholars and motivated them to continue in the pursuit of excellence.
Chairman Sir's Punya Thithi
New Delhi, june 06, 2022:A floral tribute to our revered Chairman Sir Dr. Stya Paul ji was organised on his 12th Punya Tithi on 7th June 2022.
An epitome of human values and a compassionate soul, his exemplary life has inspired many. Our beloved Chairman Dr. Stya Paul Sir’s life was truly an academic and entrepreneurial odyssey that has touched and transformed lives of many in a unique way.
The gathering on this solemn occasion embodied Education Advisor Dr. V.S. Garg, Principal Mr. Sandeep Singh Kathuria, Vice Principal Mrs. Shalini Aggarwal, dignitaries and staff members of Head Office, educators from school and all the office staff.
The Shradhanjali Sabha commenced with paying floral tribute to the noble soul with his favourite bhajans being sung in the background.
Mr. Kathuria addressed the gathering, spoke about Chairman Sir as an educationist, philanthropist and a true Karmayogi. Dr. V.S Garg also reminisced the fascinating journey of Chairman Sir, from a humble beginning to the pinnacle of success and glory. He also shared his memorable moments with Chairman Sir and enlightened the audience with Chairman Sir’s wonderful life long messages and mission.
The loving memories of Chairman Sir will forever be held in our hearts. We seek blessings from him so that we are able to follow in the footsteps of legendary men like him.
Assembly on Clean India
New Delhi, May 30, 2022:Students of classes VI A and B presented a thought-provoking assembly on ‘Clean India’. The assembly began with a mesmerising dance performance (Ganesh Vandana). The purpose was to engage students’ attention and reiterate the significance of “Aao badhaye ek kadam swachta ki aur (आओ बढ़ाए एक कदम स्वच्छता की ओर!)” and to inculcate cleanliness as a discipline.
The assembly consisted of news, students singing songs and performing a skit to spread awareness. They pledged to ensure cleanliness. The assembly concluded with Vice Principal, Ms Shalini Aggarwal’s address.
Save Soil Movement
To create awareness among the students, Sadhguru’s ‘Save Soil Movement’ had collaborated with the CBSE. Keeping this in mind, the ‘CBSE Awareness Campaign’, was conducted on 10th May 2022 at the school. The purpose was to develop the sensitivity in young students to conserve Soil and Nature.
Save Soil is a global movement launched by Sadhguru, to address the Soil Crisis by bringing together people to stand up for Soil Health. It supports leaders of all nations to institute national policies and actions to increase the organic content in cultivable Soil.
Students from classes VI-XII actively participated in writing Poems, Slogans and Poster making. All the participants pledged to create awareness and spread the word.
