Sports Achievements
Sports are an inalienable part of the education process and the school encourages various Sports with a firm belief that mental and physical fitness are complimentary to each other.
- The School won the Overall Trophy in Table Tennis under the Sub Junior and Junior Category at the Zonal Level.
- The School’s Badminton Team won the Overall Trophy under Senior Category at the Zonal Level.
- The School Basketball (Girls) Team won the Overall Trophy under the Senior, Junior and Sub Junior Categories at the Zonal Level.
- The School Football Team (Senior, Junior and Sub Junior Category) qualified for finals at the Zonal Level.
- The School Volleyball Team (Senior Category) qualified for the finals at the Zonal Level.
- The School’s Pre-Primary and Primary students secured the 1st position in the Delhi State Roller Skating Championship.
- Ridhi Soni of Class XI, the School’s star Basketball player got selected in the Delhi Open National and School National Championship and was adjudged as the best scorer in the CBSE basketball tournament. She has also got selected for the India Camp.
- Charoo Agrarwal of Class XII brought laurels to the school as she went to play an ITF Tournament held in Colombo, Sri Lanka in October 2012. She is now one of the 54 female Tennis players in India to have an international ranking. She has also played at Dhaka, Bangladesh in November 2012 and reached the semi-finals in Dhaka.
- Manas Kalra has been selected from India to represent FCMETZ Club in France for Football training. His coaching and training will be taken care of by the International Professional Football Academy.
- Table Tennis Star, Sarthak Gandhi, currently holds No. 1 position in Sr. Cadet Category for Delhi. He is presently playing the Spanish and European League in Spain.
- Shubham Bhamri of Class XI secured the 3rd position in Table Tennis at the Distt. Level. He brought laurels to the school by participating in the Haryana National Table Tennis Championship.
- Manvi Chopra, Muskan Pathak (Class VIII) and Anita Kumari (Class VI) have been provisionally selected to represent the Delhi Girls team in the 38th National Basketball Championship held at R.D.S.O, Lucknow.
- Bhavit Chaudhary of Class XI, an avid cricketer, got selected for Haryana State Under-17 Cricket Team.
- Pranav Mehrotra of Class XII got selected for the School National Cricket Team U-19 and went to play in Mumbai and secured the 3rd position.
- Aquib Ahmed and Shikhar Sachdeva of Class XII got selected for the School National Football Camp.
- BLAZE WELL SWIM MEET 2013 was held at Kalka Public School, Alaknanda, New Delhi. Samarth Pandey of Class VII C bagged the Silver Medal in the 50 mts. Freestyle, 50 mts. Back Stroke, 50 mts. Breast Stroke & 25 mts. Butterfly and Anvita of Class XI B bagged the Silver Medal in the 100 mts. Freestyle & 50 mts. Back Stroke.
- Students from classes III to V participated in an inter-school folk song singing competition held at St. Anthony's Sr. Sec. School.
- The school students participated in an inter school Swimming Championship held at Birla Vidya Niketan. Hansika Nagpal won the second prize and third prize along with Atisshya Kapoor. Simran Jain got a participation certificate.
Tamanna Panwar won the Under 8 Aptitude Category held at Modern School in the Open Junior Tennis Tournament.
- Mannat Abbot of Class II B won 2 Silver Medals in the Skating Competition at the Yamuna Sports Complex.
She also won Silver and a Bronze medal in the Skating Competition at the DDA Sports Complex along with 2 Gold and 1 Bronze medal at the Prestige Convent School.
Harshil Gupta of Class III D won a Silver Medal and a Bronze Medal in the Skating Championship at the Yamuna Sports Complex. He also won Gold and a Silver Medal in the Skating Competition at the Dwarka Sports Complex.
Arya Vashisht of Class IV B won two Gold Medals in the Skating Competition at the Dwarka Sports Complex. He also won two gold medals at the Yamuna Sports Complex along with 2 Gold Medals at Prestige Convent School.
Akshat Bist of Class II C won a Silver Medal at the Yamuna Sports Complex.
Soumil Narula of Class II A won 2 Silver Medals at the DDA Sports Complex, Dwarka. He also won a Silver Medal at the Yamuna Sports Complex along with 2 Gold Medals at the Prestige Convent School.
Akshat Gupta of Class III A won a Silver Medal at the DDA Sports Complex, Dwarka. He also won a Bronze Medal at the Yamuna Sports Complex along with a Gold Medal at the D.D.A. Sports Complex (Pitampura) and 2 Gold Medals at the Prestige Convent School.
Ayush Aryan of Class II B won 2 Bronze Medals at the Prestige Convent School.
- Devansh of Class II B won a Silver Medal; Sanya Singh of Class II A won 2 Gold Medal and Akshat Guptaof Class IV C won a Silver Medal at the Prestige Convent School.

Sports Achievements
Kunal Verma of Class V participated in the All India Camel Colour Contest-2010 and won the second prize at the regional level and Appreciation prize at the National level.
- Varnika Bhardwaj of Class II and Vidushi Gupta of Class III participated in the All India Camel Colour Contest-2010 and won the appreciation prize at the Regional level.
Gurshaan Singh of class V participated in the “Solo Song Competition”at Mother’s International School and won the Third Prize.
- A Talent Huntwas organized by the Primary Department where the children showcased their talents in Vocal Music, Instrumental music and Dance. Areeb Nizami, Gurleen Kaur and Garvita Chadha of Class II won the Beginners Trophy in Vocal, Instrumental and Dance respectively. Sohini Maiti and Shivam Dwivedi of Class IV and Vanshika Kaushik of Class V won the first prize and Ojasvi Choudhary, Bhavya Sootha and Shashwat Panda of Class V won the second prize in Vocal, Instrumental and Dance respectively in the Learners category.
- A Drawing Competition was organized by “Art of Living” for Classes III, IV and V. The theme of the competition was “My Dream Delhi”. Tushar Ranjan, Harsh Aggarwal, Aanvi Mudgal, Bhumika Bhati, Shruti Jangir and Prableen Kaur were the best performers.
- Shubhavi Bajpai of Class IV participated in the “English Recitation” Competition at Laxman Public School and won the Second Prize.
- Pooja Sriram after graduating in Economics (hons.) has secured admission in London School of Economics for the Post Gradation.
Suvriti Dhawanof Class XII was selected by the US Embassy to go to NASA. She was accompanied by 4 more Indian students and 5 Pakistani students for this training workshop which included working on mission, team building activities, learning about SPACE sciences and meeting six times shuttle astronaut Story Musgrave. They also received graduation certificates and badges from NASA. The spent some time at the Aero Space Science Centre, University of Alabama.
- Suvriti also participated in an Asteroid Hunt campaign held by space office in India, ASTRONOMICA, in collaboration with IASC, USA. On July 5, 2010, she made the NEO (Near Earth Object) confirmation of 2010 Ng. This is an Apollo–Class NEO which crosses Earth’s orbit and comes within 2.2. Million kilometers of the Earth. On 14th July 2010, she made the NEO confirmation of 2004 RR109. This observation was first discovered in 2004, but had been lost. Her observation helped Astronomica, Delhi to confirm this NEO six years later.
Ambuj Guptagot All India unique rank 33 in CLAT 2011 and got admission in one the top most Law schools, NUJS, (National University of Juridical Sciences) Kolkata. He has also got all India unique rank 2 in NLU, Orissa and All India unique rank 17 at NLU, Delhi.

Students have secured admission to various prestigious institutions in the country known for their excellence in academics.
- Anish Vashisht of Class VII bagged Gold and Silver Medals in two separate events at Chand Ram Memorial Roller Skating Championship held at Dwarka International School. He also won Silver Medals in two separate events in Delhi Roller Skating Championship held at Yamuna Sports Complex.
- Bhavit Chaudhary of Class XI, an avid cricketer, got selected for Haryana State Under-17 cricket Team.
- Manas Kalra of Class IX went to Spain to play school level Football Championship.
7th Asian Regional Space Settlement Design Competition.–The school participated in 7th Asian Regional Space Settlement Design Competition. The Semi Finals were held at Manesar from 1st February to 5th February 2011. Amongst the 21 schools who participated from all over Asia, our school secured the Second Position.
- Inter-School English Debate – Our students have won some of the most prestigious debate competitions in Delhi. In the debate organised by TERI, Shruti Sriram and Vasundhara Minocha of Class XII represented the school and won the 1st Position. They won a trophy and a cash prize given away by Mrs. Sheila Dixit. Shruti was adjudged the best speaker and won a laptop.
In the prestigious Ramjas Debate. Nilanjana Bhattacharjee won the Best Interjector Prize in the Preliminary Round, while Remya Raj bagged the Best Speaker award in the Find Round. In the Indian School Debate, Charumati Haran and Sugandha Jindal won the Runner’s Up Trophy.
In the K.R. Mangalam elocution competition our students secured the 2nd Position. - ATSE - Vinayak Nadir (IX), Arpit Singh (XI), and Devesh Mohnot (XII) have cracked the Apeejay Talent Search Examination 2010.
In the Aman Ki Asha Contest, an Indo Pak initiative of The Times ofIndia, Aditya Singh and Palak Jhingan were awarded First and the Second prize, respectively. They were awarded certificates and music CDs of Aman Ki Asha.
Remya Raj of Class XIIgot two of her Literary works –“ Justice of the World” and “Price of A Chalk”- approved by the Leading Children’s Magazine ‘Children’s World’. These works have been published in the January / February Edition.
- Scholastic Indiahad organised a Nationwide Short Story and Open Letter Writing Competition for students. Prerna Sharma (IX) and Megha Mansukhani (IX) bagged the Runners-Up Prize.
- Chinmay Nema has reached the finals of the Mathematics Olympiad.
