New Delhi, Jan 27, 2021: A team of students comprising Akanksha Rani, Yash Pandey, and Ansh Ahuja participated in the '3rd Technovation Hackathon Smart City 2021' with their project HealthHub, a health kit that combines Healthcare with Artificial Intelligence. The event was conducted from 25th to 27th January 2021 and was sponsored by Sharda University and Greater Noida Industrial Area Authority (GNIDA).

A total of 40 schools participated in the event and the team secured the first position all over India in the ‘School’ category. They were evaluated based on their innovation, presentation, communication, progress, and societal impact. They won a cash prize of Rs 25,000. It was overall, an informative and interactive experience for the students.

Vinayak Tripathi of Class VIII D has attained prestigious international ranking in Chess. His international ranking is 1266.

Manica Mehra secured the 7th position in the All India 3rd Indian Friendship Essay Competition 2015 organised by the Korean Culture Centre. She received a cash prize of Rs. 1000/- and also a 16 GB Pen Drive.


Quest Mun 2015Sixteen students of Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park participated in the Quest Mun 2015 organised by the Blue Bells International School. Most of the students were the first timers. Anshika Chopra (Photography) and Deeksha Bhutani (Cartoon Making) were awarded for being Excellent Members of International Press. Deeksha has also been recognised as the Best Cartoonist. Their works will be printed in the newsletter and submitted at the United Nation, Head Quarters.


Debate CompetitionThe 2nd All India Debate Competition was held at the SDPS International Girl’s School, Indore in the month of September 2016. The topic of the debate was ‘Social Networking Sites are Advantageous for School going Children’. Harsheen Kaur Sood of Class VIII C got the second prize in the Competition.
