New Delhi, March 2021: Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park, has always been the epitome of excellence and supremacy. It has been the alma mater of several renowned faces. The School has always strived towards bringing out the best in all its students and brace them for their future endeavours. Time and again students have brought accolades to the School, thus, taking its name to the zenith of success. One such recent laurel has been brought by Yash Pandey, Kashish Goel, and Shashwat Saxena who scored 99.36, 99.388, and 99.05 percentile respectively in the Joint Entrance Examination (Main). They have added a feather in the cap of the School with their accomplishments and spread the aura of their brilliance like the bright stars in the sky. Their remarkable performance is not only a matter of jubilation but also a source of inspiration for the other students.

New Delhi, Feb 2021: Anika of Class IV has been selected as the author of the month by INTELLIJELLY. Her book is a collection of short stories and poems written by her. The book is available online on different platforms like Amazon, Kindle store, Flipkart, Google books, and Readme.

New Delhi, Feb 12, 2021: The core team members of the Interact Club - Mahika Bhagi, Devanshi Sharma, Gurleen Kaur, and Pavit Kaur won the prestigious 5th Junior Astitiva Samman Award from the Family and Welfare Foundation (FWF), PHD Chamber of Commerce for their contribution towards society and spreading happiness & positivity in the tough time of pandemic through various Interact Club projects.

The team received the award from distinguished Chief Guest, Shri Ram Mohan Mishra, Secretary, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India. The Guests of Honour included Shri Sanjay Aggarwal, President, PHDCCI, Shri Pradeep Multani, Vice-President, PHDCCI, and Smt. Seema Khaitan, GB member, PHD FWF. A virtual award ceremony was held on 12th February 2021.

In the technological age where computers are the norm and digital languages superior to phonetics, Science has become the philosopher’s stone. The Central Board of Education has taken many initiatives to generate curiosity and develop a scientific attitude among learners. Such initiatives encourage learners to create, innovate and invent, and to become responsible in the use of Science and Technology.

The Bridge Intelia, for the academic session 2020-21, held a national level virtual Science exhibition/fair in January 2021, from 24th to 31st for classes VI to IX.

The total schools that participated were 87, out of which there were 1800 registrations in total. Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park was also one of the participating schools with 4 teams – 2 from the junior category (classes VI and VII) with mentor teacher Ms Dimple Aggarwal and 1 from the senior category (classes VIII and IX) with mentor teacher Ms Parnika.

In the junior category, the first team was of Faguni Kumar from Class VII A. The theme and topic of her project were ‘Science – Low-Cost Automatic Hand Sanitizer Dispenser’. Her model was well appreciated and she won the consolation prize among 25 teams out of 1800 and was awarded a medal and e-certificate. The second team that participated in the junior category was of Aditi Gupta from Class VII B. The theme and topic of her project were ‘Technology – Game Development – Scratch App’. She developed a game on projectile motion with the knowledge of mass and velocity and their relation. Her project was well-appreciated by the jury members. Due to such tough competition in that category, she could not make it to finals but her project was considered as one of the best digital presentations in the technology theme and was awarded an e-certificate.

The team from the senior category was of Prateek Rout and Saswati Chinmayee of Class IX C, Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park. They participated and secured the first position with a cash prize of Rs 5000/- + E-certificate + trophy in the national level competition and also won a special award of ‘Best Digital Presentation’ and excellence & appreciation. The theme and topic of their project was ‘Science – Trash to Treasure’ – mainly focusing on natural resources and management.

New Delhi, June 4, 2018: Congratulations to Sarthak Gupta of Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park, who has been felicitated by Hon’ble HRD Minister, Mr. Prakash Javedkar for scoring 467/500 in Class XII in the Special Category. Sarthak was one of the toppers among 60

students from all over India who were awarded for their special achievements. It’s also worthy to note that Sarthak Gupta has also cleared IIM Indore.
