Noida, March 9, 2019: Apeejay School, Noida, organised the Graduation Day - ‘UTSAV’ for the students of Kindergarten (Session 2018-19) in the School Auditorium on Saturday, March 09, 2019. The School Principal, Parent Representative in Managing Committee, Pre-Primary In-Charge and grandparents lit the ceremonial lamp. The Ceremony commenced with a welcome dance. The august gathering was formally welcomed by the School Principal, Mr AK Sharma, who reminded everyone that children make our life complete, beautiful and meaningful. He also emphasised that the school and teachers play an important role in steering their curiosity, energy and talent in the right direction.

317 students of Kindergarten received mementoes and certificates in their convocation gowns. String of enthralling solo performances were applauded by one and all. A musical extravaganza titled ‘Utsav’ was staged by the budding artists of Kindergarten, portraying the essence and spirit of Indian festivals. They conveyed the significance, vibrance and the flavour of each festival.

The Vote of Thanks was proposed by Inesh Kakker of Class KG-B. The day concluded with the rendition of the National Anthem. The grandparents and parents were highly appreciative of the performances by the students.

Noida, March 8, 2019: Two teachers from the Primary Department visited JP International School to attend a workshop titled ‘Khelo India Fitness Assessor App’ conducted by CBSE Regional Office and Dehradun & Sports Authority of India, on March 8, 2019. Seventy teachers from different schools across Delhi-NCR also attended the Workshop, and were apprised about the procedure of taking grades. They were also taken to the playground and thereafter, were introduced to the ‘Khelo India Fitness App’, enabling the teachers to assess the performance of the students in an accurate manner.
