Noida, September 3, 2019: The objective of Thematic Curriculum is to integrate knowledge and give experience of joyful learning to students. One of such learning is through excursions or field trips. They give students an educational experience away from their regular school environment. In the months of July & August, the School organised field trips for the students of the Pre-Primary Wing to visit different neighbourhood places and interact with some of our helpers.

Students of Class KG visited the Supermarket ‘Parsavnath Plaza’, Sector 27, Noida. They observed the Green Grocer Shop, Dental Clinic, Bank, Chemist Shop, Stationery Shop, Grocer’s Shop and a Saloon

Students of Class Nursery visited the outlet of Mother Dairy at Sector 21, Noida. They saw the Mother Dairy van and observed the milk products, vegetables and fruits. They saw a cobbler. They also visited the Fire Station, Sector 2, Noida, wherein they observed how firefighters used their equipment in an emergency.

Students observed various places from where we get different commodities of our daily use. They met community helpers and expressed their gratitude towards them.

These excursions were conducted during the School hours.

Noida, September 02, 2019: The festival of Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated by the students and staff with great fervor in the School on September 2, 2019. In the Pre-Primary Department, students presented a dance performance in colourful dresses, on the song ‘Maurya Re’

The students in the Primary Department also organised a special assembly which commenced with a 'Ganesh Stuti' and a ‘Talk’ presented by the children of classes II & III. A short story was also narrated through which the children were apprised about the importance of the festival and the reason why Lord Ganesha is worshiped as the God of wisdom, prosperity and good fortune. The students also showcased a dance performance depicting jubilations while celebrating the occasion.
