Annual Appreciation Day 2018-19
Noida, February 23, 2019: The Annual Appreciation Day of Class I commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the School Principal, Mr A.K. Sharma, all In-charges and grandparents, invoking the blessings of the divinity and marking the pious occasion with the revered light of wisdom. The invocation dance was a roaring success as the students sought the blessings of Lord Almighty, the patron of arts & sciences and the preserver of intellect & wisdom.
The auditorium echoed with loud cheers as the students of Class I received prizes for their outstanding achievements from the School Principal, Mr A.K. Sharma and Primary In-charge, Mrs Smriti Samuel.
The highlight of the event was ‘Jungle Utopia’ in which the students gave an astounding performance and conveyed the message of compassion, peace and harmony. They interpreted and impersonated various animals and danced on the melodious numbers thereby sensitizing the audience towards the habitat of the animals.
Shourya Agnihotri of Class I D proposed the vote of thanks. The entire show was a roaring success and was appreciated by one and all.
Educational Excursion to Oh! Max Wonderland
Greater Noida, January 31, 2019: Apeejay School, Noida, organised a day long trip to ‘Oh! Max Wonderland’, Greater Noida, for the students of Class VIII. It was an educational as well as a fun-filled trip.
After a brief orientation by the team leaders, students started with the activities. An indoor Amazon forest helped the students to explore the wonders of nature, an Egyptian mummy land ‘Treasure of TUT’ amazed the students, a mirror maze and a fun-filled experience in the Chocolate factory enthused the students. Adventure activities filled the students with lot of vigour and vitality. Students were spell bound by the spectacular replica of Taj Mahal. They also understood the history of the Taj Mahal through a holographic display. The trip combined learning with lot of amusement.
