Noida, November 28, 2018: Apeejay School, Noida, participated in the event ‘Image 2018’, held at Cambridge School, Noida. A team of 8 students from Apeejay School, Noida, represented the School in the following events:

  • Soham Surana of Class VI F and Divya Parul of Class VII F participated in the ‘Ragamala Art’ competition.
  • Aditi Chaturvedi of Class X G and Yashvi Agarwal of Class VIII G participated in the ‘English Poetry Writing’ and ‘Hindi Poetry Writing’ competitions respectively.
  • Chirag Malhotra of Class XI C & Pragun Dass of Class XI D participated in the ‘Illusion Photoghaphy’ competition and secured the third position.
  • Raghvi and Stuti Sharma of Class XI B participated in the ‘Think Tank - Group Discussion’. They also secured the third position.

Students received certificates and individual trophies.

Apeejay Noida Image-2018

Noida, November 27, 2018: To promote awareness about the rich & varied culture and the tradition of ‘Unity in Diversity’ in India, the School observed ‘Cultural Unity Day’ on November 27, 2018.

Through a talk and video presentation, the students of Class VIII were reminded that the variety of cultures, traditions, customs, languages and religious beliefs are the common heritage of all Indians.

A PowerPoint presentation that followed depicted that inspite of the diversities; there exists a strong sense of unity among the people which is a source of strength and wealth for the country.

In an interactive session that followed, students gave valuable inputs as to how, as conscious citizens of the country, they could contribute to cultural conservation and integration of the nation.
