Noida, April 12, 2017: The Primary Department of the School executed an Evacuation Drill to prepare the students for any unforeseen event. After evacuating the building according to the floor plans, everyone assembled in the ground within a span of three minutes. The drill took place successfully with applaudable contribution from all staff members and students. They were sensitised about the exit plans through colour coding and each class was given a specific colour in consonance with the exit plans.

The Primary In-charge, Mrs. Smriti Samuel, appreciated the efforts put in by the teachers & students and also gave few suggestions for further improvement. The students were thereafter dispersed to their respective classes along with their teachers in an effective manner.

Noida, April 8, 2017: An Orientation Programme was organised for the newly inducted students at Apeejay School, Noida, in the School Auditorium. This step was initiated to familiarise the parents to the ideals and values of the institution. The School’s Vice-Principal, Mrs. Amrita Hajela welcomed the guests and the newly inducted parents to the academic session (2017-18). Parenting kits were also distributed to the parents for effective parenting.

The Programme commenced with the invocation of the Almighty. Chief Educational Advisor, Apeejay Education Society, Dr. V.S. Garg opened the session by introducing the Apeejay fraternity and spoke about the Founder Chairman of the Apeejay Education Society, Dr Stya Paul. He proudly shared the moment of the Apeejay Education Society completing 50 years of service in the arena of education. He spoke about the USP of Apeejay Schools, i.e. value-based learning. His address was beautifully interspersed with anecdotes from real life.

A captivating performance was presented by the young dancers who waltzed effortlessly with their partners. The School Principal, Mr S.C. Tiwari reiterated the views shared by Dr. V S Garg. The session concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by sumptuous lunch for the parents.
