School Activities


Inter House competitions form an integral part of the school curriculum so whether it is skill or elocution quiz or best out-of waste, games or yoga, all competitions are held with verve and gusto and are aimed at highlighting the importance of sportsmanship for bringing out, the best of compelling spirit of young players.

Apeejay School, NOIDA, provides various opportunities for training of students for leadership. The school provides this training through two official bodies- PREFECTORIAL BOARD and THE SCHOOL COUNCIL. The school is further divided into four house systems – GANDHI HOUSE, NEHRU HOUSE, RADHAKRISHNAN HOUSE AND TAGORE HOUSE. These houses are looked after by a team of House Prefects and House Wardens.

The four houses not only symbolize high values, but at Apeejay our students are also trained to be messengers of these values, not only within the school boundaries but to take them far and beyond.

Noida, April 10, 2017: A special assembly themed ‘Perseverance’ was conducted for classes VI-VIII in the School auditorium. The School Principal, Mr. S. C. Tiwari addressed the students, marking the beginning of the new academic session 2017-18.

Noida, January 25, 2017: The School organised a series of events to celebrate Voter’s Day on January 25, 2017. Following the theme, students of Class VII prepared slogans to encourage more young voters to take part in the political process. The event was a great success as every student enthusiastically participated and created socially relevant slogans.

Noida, 24th January, 2017: An Inter - House Declamation Competition was held to celebrate the National Voter's Day. The topic for the same was 'Each Vote Counts'. The event began with a PowerPoint Presentation wherein one student from each house participated and was judged on the basis of content, originality, presentation and fluency. Ms. Rashi adjudged Nihar Baijal of R.K House as the Best Speaker. The second position was bagged by Isha Singh of Nehru House and the third by Kartik Mann Singh & Aayushie Prasad.

The students were very informative and confident. The speakers communicated the ideas so as make their listeners understand the importance of One Vote. A skit by Class IX students was also performed to spread the message and signify the importance of Voting.

Noida, Jan. 23, 2017: To make the students aware of their rights and conscious of their responsibilities, the students of Humanities stream conducted a special assembly on account of National Voters’ Day. The highlight of the day was a ‘Nukkad Natak’ which conveyed a strong message that if you want your country to progress, you need to carry out your own duty as a responsible citizen and make the right choice by casting your vote - ‘Be the change you want to see’.
