New Delhi, February 5, 2018: A visit to the Max Mueller Bhawan was organised for more than 35 students of Class IX, to experience the culture and language of Germany. The Goethe Institute is the Federal Republic of Germany’s cultural institute, active worldwide. They promote the study of German language abroad and encourage international cultural exchange. Students pursuing German language were overwhelmed to visit the Library there as it exposed them to a variety of interactive learning material, i.e. books, magazines, CDs and newspapers, to name a few. Students were motivated to pursue German as a foreign language as the Institute is a hub for German language aspirants.

Noida, Dec. 26, 2017: To promote German language and competence through healthy & fair competition, a German Extempore was organised in Apeejay School, Noida for the students pursuing German language (Class X).

Students spoke fluently in German, expressing their views on topics such as Traveling, Sports, School Life, Family and Friends, etc. The competition was judged by Mrs. Ashoo Arora, German Faculty and Mrs. Shefalee Gupta, Senior Academic Coordinator. This event was a testimony to the fact that students are given an appropriate platform in the school to hone and enhance their speaking skills in German language.
