The students of Pre-Primary celebrated the Rajeshwari Kala Utsav 2023, to mark the 99th birth anniversary of Smt. Rajeshwari Paul wife of Late Dr Stya Paul, the inspiration behind all Apeejay Education institution and mother of Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairperson & President, Apeejay Stya & Svran Group, Chairperson, Apeejay Education and Co-Founder & Chancellor, Apeejay Stya University.
The students gave various cultural performances and also participated in creation of art works for the exhibition. The Rajeshwari Kala Utsav was a resounding success, creating a platform for students to showcase their artistic abilities and fostering a deep appreciation for art and culture.
Nerul, July 04, 2023: The students of Pre-Primary enthusiastically participated in the Sapling Plantation activity on 4th July 2023. The School Principal, Vice-Principal and Academic Co-ordinators were invited for the sapling plantation activity. The teachers enacted a wonderful story and conveyed the importance of trees in our life. The students too participated in the venture by planting the saplings. The students along with the teachers also took an oath to look after the planted saplings, plant more and more trees and encourage others to do the same.
Nerul, June 28, 2023: Recently, a seed germination activity was conducted for Junior KG students in the school premises. A special area was arranged for this activity where the children were instructed to sow seeds in the soil and pour water. Teacher explained in a story form (The four friends of a seed) using various teaching aids, about what all a seed requires to grow into a plant. Also, a discussion about the different types of soil the students observed was carried out.
Nerul, Feb 09, 2023 The Pre-Primary Appreciation Day of Apeejay School, Nerul was held on 9th February 2023 at Vishnudas Bhave Natyagruha, Vashi, Navi Mumbai with great elation and gusto. The Chief-Guest was Mrs Tejaswin Katdare, Principal of Apeejay School, Kharghar. Our Vice Principal, Mrs Preety Gupta, addressed the gathering, and focused on the need of holistic development in the present competitive world. Ms Mrinalini Singh, the Pre-Primary Co-ordinator, presented the Annual Report for the academic year 2022-23. This was followed by the Prize Distribution Ceremony. The students also mesmerized the audience through a dance drama, based on the story of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
Nerul, Jan 04, 2023: The School organised an Orientation Programme for the parents of new admission at Apeejay School, Nerul. The aim was to familiarise the parents, “as partners in progress” with the curriculum, rules and regulations of the school, teaching methodologies and the co-scholastic activities. The School Principal Shri P.S. Subhash enlightened the gathering by introducing them to the legacy of Apeejay Education. The parents were also given an insight on all the activities held in school throughout the year and the emphasis laid by the School to ensure the holistic development of a child.
