Nerul, January 13, 2014: Swami Shubranandaji Maharaj of Ramkrishna Mission, Khar, Mumbai visited the school for a Value Education Programme for the students of Class VIII in Jan. 2013.

Nerul, December 20, 2013: Christmas Celebration was held in the school premises on 20th Dec. 2013. A special assembly was held on this occasion. The progamme began with a Prayer Song, followed by an introduction to Christmas. The Nativity Scene was then performed by the students of the Primary Classes I to V. This was followed by a vibrant western dance by the students of Class IV. Melodious Christmas Carols were also sung by the students of the Secondary Section. Finally, amidst the cheers of all the students, there appeared the merry old man-Santa Claus who danced to the song ‘Jingle Bells’ for the students and entertained the audience. The School Principal, Shri Rakesh Joshi, also addressed the gathering on this occasion. He stated that Christmas was a time for loving and giving & conveyed his good wishes to all the students, their parents and the teachers on this occasion.

Nerul, December 14, 2013: The School organised an Overnight Camp for Class V on 14th December 2013, in the school premises. The theme for the camp was ‘Splendour of Nature’. The aim of the camp was to enable the students to appreciate the diversity in Nature and to foster a sense of responsibility towards themselves and their surroundings. ‘Splendour of Nature 2013’ was truly a grand success since it was a powerful cocktail of expectations, learning, talents and memories.

Nerul, November 23, 2013:The Inauguration of Sports Week took place on 19th Nov. 2013 wherein several children participated enthusiastically in various althelitics events like Hurdle Race, Shot Put, Long Jump, High Jump, Tug of War, Standing Broad Jump, 100 Metres Race, 200 Metres Race, 400 Metres Race, 800 Metres Race, Relay Race, etc. The Closing Ceremony of the Sports Meet was held on 23rd Nov. 2013. Shri Dhanraj Pillai, ace hockey veteran, recipient of the Padma Shree and Bharat Ratna Khel Award was the Chief Guest on this occasion.
