Nerul, January 12, 2024: Apeejay School, Nerul, celebrated the National Youth Day commemorating the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda with great enthusiasm and reverence. The event aimed not only to commemorate the life and teachings of this eminent spiritual leader but also to inspire students towards self-realisation, academic excellence and a sense of social responsibility.The School Principal, in his address, motivated the students to draw inspiration from Swami Vivekananda's life.

Nerul, January 06, 2024: Apeejay School, Nerul hosted the Inter-School Throw Ball Tournament 2024 in association with NBASA (New Bombay Area Schools Association) from the 6th to the 8th January 2024. The competition held in the Apeejay School, Nerul ground featured teams from as many as 16 different schools of Navi Mumbai under various age categories. The event not only showcased exceptional talent but also celebrated the achievements of the participating teams.

The Inaugural Ceremony, graced by distinguished guests, set the stage for an exciting and spirited competition. The ceremony was honoured by the presence of Chief Guest Mr Shubham Dhananjay Vanmali, the youngest and fastest swimmer in Asia and a Limca Book of Records record holder, also a recipient of Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Award 2021 received from Smt. Droupadi Murmu, President of India, at Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi. His inspiring achievements added a sense of motivation to the ceremony, setting a positive tone for the competition. Ms. Shraddha Shetty and Mr Bharat Goel, esteemed alumna of Apeejay Nerul were the Guest of Honor for the day. Ms. Shraddha Shetty is Instructional Designer Associate Manager at Accenture, and Mr Bharat Goel, is an award winning Music Composer, Music Producer, Record Engineer and performing artist from India. Their success story served as a testament to the school's commitment to holistic development and academic excellence. Mr Dhananjay Vanmali, father of Mr Shubham Vanmali and Mr Puroshotam Poojari, Secretary, (NBASA) also graced the occasion with their presence.

The NBASA Throwball Competition not only showcased the athletic prowess of the participating teams but also highlighted the dedication and passion of young athletes. The competition served as a platform for the young talents to shine and contribute to the rich sports legacy of Navi Mumbai.

Nerul, November 02, 2023: The School came alive with vibrant cultural programme to celebrate the Birthday of Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairperson, Apeejay Education and Chancellor, Apeejay Stya University. The School Principal expressed his gratitude to Madam for her dedication to education and her constant support to the School. The principal highlighted the importance of Madam Berlia's leadership and the positive impact she has had on the institution.

The celebrations commenced with an invocation dance, performed by Class V and VI students. Tiny tots presented a birthday dance, filling the atmosphere with infectious smiles. The secondary class students showcased their talents through a mesmerising rhythmic display that left the audience in awe.

The students pledged to uphold the values and principles espoused by Madam Sushma Paul Berlia. In her message, Madam, expressed gratitude to the School community for the warm birthday celebration. She commended the students, teachers and staff for their dedication to education and emphasised the importance of nurturing young minds.

Nerul, October 4, 2023: Apeejay School, Nerul proudly celebrated Founder’s Day, to commemorate the 104 th birth anniversary of the beloved Founder Chairman of Apeejay Education, Dr Stya Paul Ji - an eminent industrialist, educationist, freedom fighter and philanthropist of the highest order who provided the foundation and inspiration for the emergence of the Apeejay Stya Group and the Apeejay Education. The message of the Chairperson of Apeejay Education, Madam Sushma Paul Berlia, was read out to the students by the Principal.

A special programme was conducted on this occasion which commenced with a soulful prayer. The School paid a rich floral tribute, symbolising their respect and gratitude for his vision and contribution to education. The School choir impressed everyone with rendition of devotional bhajans. Continuing every year’s tradition, the School felicitated the proud recipients of Dr Stya Paul Award for Human Values and the winners of ATSE scholarship.

The celebrations continued with an exhilarating dance performance by Pre-primary students which was filled with patriotic fervor. Students of primary and middle group entertained everyone with an inspirational dance drama - ‘Dr Stya Paul- A true karmayogi’ which reflected the themes of women empowerment, perseverance and endurance. The wonderful combination of invocation dance, instrumental music, mime, contemporary and classical took everyone on a captivating journey of the great leader. This Founder's Day celebration not only honored the past but also inspired the future, motivating students and staff to continue the noble work of imparting quality education and fostering the ideals set forth by Dr Stya Paul.
