Mumbai, November 8, 2012: 8th of November was a red letter day for the students of the School which was marked as a ‘Fun Day’ for the students. President, Apeejay Education Society, Mrs. Sushma Berlia acknowledged the hard work and efforts put in by the students and teachers in the Silver Jubilee Year as she introduced the ‘One day Fun day’ concept for the first time.

Two days were ear marked for the celebrations to cater to the Pre-primary as well as the Primary and Secondary students.

The Pre-Primary was taken for a movie ‘Snow White' on the 7th, followed by an activity and fun filled day. 8th November saw excited faces entering the school portals in their jeans and tee-shirts, prepared for all the fun and excitement slated for the day. The day began with a football match between the XI and XII standard boys and IX versus X standard boys. The girls too had a friendly throw ball match that involved standard IX and X students. A cricket match followed between the students of IX and X versus the students of XI and XII.

Meanwhile the school court-yard came alive with the dance and rhythm of the Primary Section. The synergy and dancing talent that the students exhibited truly left everyone aghast. Mouth-watering snacks and meals were served to the students and the senior students hit the dance floor and never stopped till they almost dropped. Packets of candies were distributed among the students for Children’s Day before they finally left for home.

Mumbai, December 21, 2012: Christmas was celebrated in the school premises, with the organisation of a special assembly and a skit by the students followed by the melodious numbers by students with the enthralling tunes of the Christmas carols sung by a special choir for the day.

The deep meaning of Christmas and its emotional and spiritual bond, found a place in the hearts of all the students. All people seated, were wished in the language incarnated from the original chapters of Isaiah followed by a prayer song. The breath taking entry of the Santa Claus received an overwhelming response from the students.
