Admission Process Information

Registration Fee : Rs. 1350/-
As per Maharashtra Govt. order, your ward should be 3+ years for Nursery & 4+ years for Jr. KG as of 31.12.2026 & 5+ years for Sr. KG. No exception is granted on age criterion.
You can pay online through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
All fields marked with * are mandatory for filling.
An online application number will be displayed once you successfully submit the online form.
Admission is purely on a merit basis. This is a registration form. Simply filling and submitting it does not imply admission of your ward to Apeejay School, Kharghar.
Please carry the registration slip, original Date of Birth certificate and printed copy of the application form at the time of interaction.
Incomplete application form will not be accepted.
Keep the following documents ready before filling the online form.

Photograph of the student applicant (Mandatory)
Self-Attested copy of Municipal Birth Certificate of the Child (Mandatory)
Passport size photograph of Father & Mother/Guardian
Aadhaar Card (Applicant, Father & Mother/Guardian) ( mandatory)
Residential Proof (Current Electricity Bill or Rent Agreement)
Parents Signature/Guardian (Mandatory)
Category Certificate (If under reserved category)

Note: Parents coming for interaction are requested to submit a hard copy (Coloured) with the uploaded documents in the school including a self-attested copy of birth certificate during mentioned dates.
