Kharghar, December 23, 2022: Our School celebrated Christmas on 23 December 2022. The students of Classes I to V enthusiastically participated in the fun activities such as making Santa caps using tinted paper, Snow man and Santa masks. Students were brimming with joy as they sang Christmas Carols and met Santa Claus.

To share the festive joy, the students brought stationery items, story books and eatable items for the children living in the Ashalay orphanage.

Kharghar, December 09, 2022: The School recently held an Anti-Bullying workshop to teach the students empathy and compassion towards each other. The workshop was taken by Mrs Nisha Upadhyay and all the members of the Anti-Bullying committee participated. The committee was formed with the intent of ensuring a secure, supportive and caring environment in the school. This workshop sensitised children about the harm bullying can cause, how to be proactive and prevent bullying.

Kharghar, August 29, 2022: The school organised an Inter-House Heritage quiz competition for the students of Classes III, IV and V in the Multi-purpose Hall on 29 August 2022. The four different houses participated in all five rounds.

The aim of the quiz was to test the learners’ knowledge about the heritage of our country. The students’ awareness about dance, music, art, languages, festivals, monuments and food of our nation.

Topaz House and Ruby house bagged the first and the second position respectively. It was a unique way of making the children learn about our heritage in a different way and not just through books and classroom teaching.

Interact Club of Apeejay School Kharghar, in collaboration with Rotary Club New Bombay seaside, organised a blood donation camp on 23rd April 2022 in the premises of Apeejay School Kharghar. The medical staff of Tata memorial hospital Kharghar collected the blood. Many donors came forward to donate blood for this noble cause. The camp was a huge success with parents, teachers and non-teaching staff voluntarily coming out to donate blood.
