Jalandhar, December 24, 2022: Annual Day 2022 “I'm Possible” was held for the students of Classes VI to XII on 24 December 2022. The function was presided over by Mr Aditya Berlia, Co-Promoter, Apeejay Stya and Svran Group.

The Guest of Honour was Mrs Gurpreet Kaur Sapra, IAS, Divisional Commissioner Jalandhar and Mr Lal Vishwas, PCS, SDM cum Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kapurthala was the Guest of Honour. The guests were given a Guard of Honour by NCC, Girl Guides and the School Band.

The students presented an invocation to Lord Ganesha to seek the divine blessings. Principal, Mr Girish Kumar, read out the annual school report highlighting the various scholastic and co-scholastic achievements of students in different fields.

Song of Glory 'Ugay Hum Dhara Mein' highlighted the achievements of students in different competitive exams. The Chief Guest and Guest of Honour awarded 200 students for their achievements in different fields with trophies and cash prizes.

Mr. Aditya Berlia, in his address, congratulated the students for their achievements. A short film depicting the achievements of Dr Stya Paul, Inspiration behind all Apeejay Education Institutions and the journey of Mrs Sushma Berlia, Chairperson, Apeejay Education was presented.

The School Choir presented a melodious and invigorating medley of Hindi songs encouraging the students to overcome the obstacles in life.A Hindi play 'Aprajita' delivered the message that with a strong determination various prejudices of society based upon complexion, caste and gender can be tackled. The celebratory Punjabi folk dance ‘Luddi’ enthralled the audience. The event concluded with the rendition of the National Anthem.

Jalandhar, December 23, 2022: The School solemnised its Annual Day 2022 titled “I’m Possible” for Classes I to V on 23 December 2022. The prgramme was presided over by Mr Aditya Berlia, Co-Promoter, Apeejay Stya and Svran Group. The event was also graced by Dr. Dharmendar Punia, IRS, Joint Commissioner, Income Tax Department, Jalandhar, as the Chief Guest.

The programme began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and evoking the blessings of the Almighty through an Invocation Dance on Ganesh Vandana and Durga Stuti.

The cultural event was set rolling with a Ramp Walk titled ‘Shabashiyan’ and the English play titled ‘Paradise Regained’ accentuated the sense of possibility in the midst of impossibility. The students’ showcased different dance forms in their Fusion Dance performance on culturally diverse songs. It was an amalgamation of beauty, grace and poise that enthralled the audience. Another highlight of the event was the Group Song which was a medley of several inspirational songs.

The Annual Report was presented by the School Principal, Mr Girish Kumar, highlighting the achievements of the school. The Chief Guest awarded the young achievers for their achievements in the curricular and co-curricular fields. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Vice Principal, Mr Virender Kumar Khanna.

To keep our hopes high and to preserve our and our children’s mental health during this difficult and unsettling time of the pandemic, Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg, organised an online Talk Show with Dr Gulbahar Singh Sidhu, Consultant Psychiatrist, Doaba Hospital, Jalandhar, and Dr Deepali Gul, Associate Professor, Department of Psychiatry, Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences, Jalandhar. The eminent speakers enlightened the teachers on ‘How to Beat the Lockdown Blues’ and ‘Rendering Psychiatric First Aid in School’. The session was quite informative in how to handle oneself and children in the challenging times of this pandemic. At the end of the session, Principal, Mr Girish Kumar thanked the guests for sharing their words of wisdom with the staff.

Jalandhar, Oct 10, 2020: Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg, organised an online Talk Show on ‘Love your Eye, Love your Future’ on 10th Oct 2020. Renowned eye-specialist, Dr Sangeet Mittal, graced the occasion with his presence and shared tips and tricks to take care of one’s eye-sight. The Talk Show was attended by students, parents, alumni, and teachers. The Show was interspersed with several Bollywood songs which further enlivened the atmosphere.
