Noida, September 28, 2014: Two teams from APJ School, Mahavir Marg, Jalandhar participated in the National Level of the 9th Indian Robot Olympiad, organised by the India Stem Foundation at Noida. Both the teams competed with 28 teams and qualified the Olympiad by winning the 4th and 5th positions. Both the teams were guided by Mrs. Pooja Ghai of the Computer Science Department of the School. Team One consisting of Raghav Dhingra, Jahnvi Narang and Hridai Mehta stood 4th and has been selected to represent India at the World Robot Olympiad at Russia from 22nd-23rd November 2014.

Earlier both the teams stood 1st and 2nd in the regional Olympiad held at Chandigarh on 30th-31st August 2014. It has been a great honour for the school as its students will now represent India at the international level.
