Jalandhar, January 25, 2024: The School celebrated the 75th Republic Day with great enthusiasm. The students took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity and brotherhood. The School echoed with patriotic fervour as the National Flag was hoisted by the Principal and the School Choir sang National Anthem and patriotic song. The Parade March was done by the NCC cadets. The students recited poems and speeches, presented dance performances and enacted a Hindi play. They also participated in a quiz based on the Constitution.

From adorable dances embracing global cultures to tiny fingers creating magical melodies, our Pre-primary Annual Function was a spectacle of joy. The stage sparkled with the enthusiasm of our youngest performers, leaving everyone enchanted.

Jalandhar, December 10, 2023: Under the illustrious patronage of Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairman, Apeejay Education,the Annual Function of Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg, Jalandhar, unfolded its magic on the night of December 30, 2023.

The distinguished Mr Aditya Berlia, Joint Secretary, Apeejay Education, graced the occasion as the presiding dignitary, setting the stage for an evening of celebration and inspiration.

We were honored to host Shri Balkar Singh, the Honorable Minister for Local Bodies and Parliamentary Affairs, as our Chief Guest. The event kicked off with a splendid guard of honour by the NCC and School Band, followed by the ceremonial lamp lighting, Durga Stuti and the soulful rendition of the School Song.

The School Principal presented the Annual School Report, shedding light on the remarkable scholastic and co-scholastic achievements of our students across diverse fields. The Chief Guest, in a gesture of encouragement and recognition, awarded deserving students with trophies and cash prizes, urging them to hold onto faith and become responsible citizens.

The School Choir then wove a tapestry of emotions with a mesmerising medley of Sufi songs, while a poignant short film, 'Journey of a Leader,' chronicled the illustrious achievements of the inspiration behind all Apeejay Education institutions - Dr Stya Paul ji and Chairman - Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia.

Mr Aditya Berlia, in his address, emphasised the indispensable role of AI in learning and extended heartfelt congratulations to the students for their outstanding achievements.

The evening unfolded with thought-provoking plays ā€“ 'A New You' (English) underscored the importance of nurturing virtues over vices, while 'Punchbhootam' (Hindi) decoded the presence of the five basic elements of our existence. The energetic dance performances added a touch of cultural fervor.

The Vice Principal delivered the vote of thanks and the event concluded with the collective pride of our nation, as the National Anthem resonated through the halls. Apeejay School's 'Abhiviyakti 1.0' was not just an event; it was a celebration of talent, dedication and the spirit of learning!
