Greater Noida, July 31, 2021: “I can do anything I want to, the world’s my oyster”. A saying well-suited for Apeejayites who are provided with a plethora of activities to unleash their inner potential, hone their skills & prepare them for the competitive world, and ultimately become active role players in the society and development of the nation. Apeejay Institute of Technology School of Architecture & Planning, Greater Noida, took an initiative towards a sustainable future by conducting a two-day online event on climate change ‘Apeejay Festival of Ideas by Ignited Minds’, which was held on 30-31 July 2021. In the midst of the pandemic where radical transformation in society and economy is observed everywhere, it’s a time for our future generation to think and act critically and help in achieving the goals of sustainable development. In the list of accolades, Reyvika Shuka student of Class XII B secured the first position in CLIMO-LENS competition, based on the theme of climate change. She scored a cash prize and certificate of achievement.

Greater Noida, January 25, 2021: Apeejay International School, Greater Noida, virtually celebrated India's 72nd Republic Day with a great brilliant display.

The students took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity and patriotism. The program started at 8:00 am with the welcoming of the Chief Guest, Major Veeraj Chandra, an alumnus of the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, and commissioned in the Regiment of Artille

The Chief Guest addressed the gathering. In his speech, he emphasised that a nation is not defined by its location and boundaries but by the people and the dream they have of making their country great. He emphasised working hard till your weakness becomes your strength. He also said that a patriotic person is one who truly believes that his/her actions will make their country a better place. You all can be patriotic people by asking a simple question “does this act of mine make my parents proud?” and if the answer is ‘yes’ then this act will make your school, parents, and country proud.

In the cultural program, a video on ‘Incredible India’ was shown, followed by a skit – My India, My Pride, in which our Fundamental Rights were explained. The street play (Nukkad Natak) stole everyone's heart. It was followed by a patriotic song, an instrumental performance on the significance of the occasion. The power and energy exhibited by the students assured them of a brighter and brilliant future ahead.

The School Principal, Dr Sarita Pande, also addressed the gathering and thanked the Chief Guest.

The program was concluded by taking a pledge and singing the National Anthem.

Greater Noida, January 18, 2021: Apeejay International School, Greater Noida, celebrated its first-ever virtual Annual Appreciation Day 2020-21 on 18th January 2021 to commemorate the milestone reached by its arduous students and at the same time express the heartfelt gratitude to the alumni stakeholders who are excelling in their respective fields. The theme of the Annual Appreciation Day was ‘Antogatva: At the end for good and all’.

Our mentor, guide, and facilitator, Mr Aditya Berlia, Co-Promoter Apeejay Stya & Svran Group, and Co-Founder and Pro-Chancellor of Apeejay Stya University, presided over the function. He generously blessed all the students and encouraged them to excel incorporating the values as the latter is our very foundation. Mr Berlia expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the honourable Chief Guest, Mr Narendra Bhooshan, Senior IAS Officer and CEO, Greater Noida of 1992 batch of Uttar Pradesh Cadre for his benign presence. Mr Berlia also mentioned teachers, parents, students, and alumni stakeholders as they are who have created Apeejay brick by brick.

Mr Narendra Bhooshan blessed us with his kind words of wisdom. He has provided great insight into Crisis Management making mention of his illustrious achievements and experiences.

The extensive report presented by the Principal, Dr Sarita Pande, provided glimpses into the academic achievements of the students and the School. The part of the scholastic and co-scholastic report was presented by Senior Co-ordinator, Miss Maninder Kaur, Primary Coordinator, Miss Jasjeet Kaur, and Examination Coordinator, Miss Shikha Mishra respectively.

The students and teachers provided glimpses of all the positivity that was incorporated during the challenging times. The spirit of not giving up and fighting back was reiterated in all the performances. Right from the lamp lighting to the Ganesh Vandana marking the invocation of the almighty to the grand finale, the spectators couldn't take their eyes off the show. The event was a great success and added to the treasury of achievements of the School.
