Faridabad, Jan 25, 2021: It is heartening to share that two of our students have brought laurels to the school with their innovative ideas showcased in the Inter-School Virtual Science Exhibition ‘TECHNOBUZZ’ held on 25th January 2021.

  1. Chetanya Arora of Class IX secured the second position on -
    Topic - ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE - Combination of human intelligence and technology (Don't just play it, program it). She designed a Rover with voice control and obstacle management which can work at places considered unsafe for humans.
  2. Anushka Bakshi of Class XI also secured the second position for her submission on -
    Topic - ROBOTICS & AUTOMATION - Reflection of ourselves / mimic life. She made a Health Care Robo using a colour sensor and infrared sensor to take care of patients.

Faridabad, Jan 3, 2021: Apeejay School, Faridabad celebrated its Annual Appreciation Day - The Epiphany - on 3rd January 2021. Gracing the occasion with their esteemed presence were Honourable Chief Guest, Shri Yashpal Yadav, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad, and Guest of Honour, Mr Vijay Yadav, Former Cricketer.

Mr Aditya Berlia, Co-Promoter, Apeejay Stya and Svran Group, Co-Founder & Pro-Chancellor, Apeejay Stya University presided over the function.

The musical panorama presented on the occasion highlighted the essence of the profound truth - to reinforce the significance of being receptive to the illuminating realisation that motivates one to grow.

School Principal, Dr Parul Tyagi, welcomed the guests and presented the Annual Report in the domains of academia, co-curricular, and sports achievements at the international and national level.

Prestigious medals, scholarships, and trophies were presented virtually to students who had made their mark in different spheres.

It is a matter of pride for us to share with you that a project of Pavni Gupta, Class IX student of Apeejay School, Faridabad, has received a grant of Rs 10,000 under the INSPIRE Scheme.

Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research (INSPIRE) scheme is one of the flagship programs of the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India.

The objective of the INSPIRE scheme is to motivate original ideas/innovations rooted in Science and societal applications to foster a culture of creativity and innovative thinking among school children.

The INSPIRE Awards - MANAK (Million Minds Augmenting National Aspirations and Knowledge), being executed by DST with National Innovation Foundation – India (NIF) aims to motivate students studying in classes VI to X towards the originality of thought and innovative solutions.

Pavni's Project ‘Automated Toilet Seat Uplift Mechanism’ using the concept of ‘Hydraulics’ focuses on sanitation manners and toilet etiquettes, essential for good hygiene & better health.
