We have a well-equipped Physics laboratory having capacity to work 25 students at a time. In laboratory efforts are made to provide individual learning and experimentation to the students to develop a high order of practical skills, analytical abilities and opportunity learning by doing.

This laboratory proves effective in maintaining the high standards of scientific learning of the students.

A Mathematics laboratory can foster mathematical awareness, skill building, positive attitude and learning by doing experiments in different branches of Mathematics such as Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration, Trigonometry, Calculus and Coordinate Geometry etc. It is the place where students can learn certain concepts using concrete objects and verify many mathematical facts and properties using various models, measurements and through other activities thus, it will act as an individualized learning centre for a student. It provides opportunities for discovering, remedial reinforcement and enrichment. Mathematics laboratory can also provide an opportunity for a teacher to explain and demonstrate many mathematical concepts, facts and properties using concrete mathematical models and charts etc.

Our Mathematics Laboratory is equipped with

  • A model of sextant
  • Geometry Box
  • Abacus
  • Time Set
  • Graph Rolls
  • Three – dimensional Geometric Figures

Science Park, a collection of 19 open air science projects is established during year 2005-06 with an investment of about Rs.3, 25,000/- including fencing etc. science projects include workable, mega sized gadgets like Double ended cone, Archimedes Screw, Cycloidal Path, Sympathetic Swings, Gravity Ball, Echo Tube, Revolving Periscope, Musical Tubes, Lassajon’s figures, Sun dial, DNA Model, Parabolic reflectors, Pulley & Pulley models. It is really enjoying and informative to see science at work. Instruments like pulley & pulley model is useful in understanding working of pulley.
