At ASM, the PGDM programme is designed to ensure that students receive continuous guidance and support to help them achieve their career aspirations. A key component of this is our structured mentoring programme, which begins immediately after a student is admitted and continues throughout the two-year duration of the course, culminating in their final placement.

The 2 year PGDM program at ASM follows a six-term structure, offering the same academic rigor as leading MBA programs in Delhi, combined with hands-on, experiential learning. CURRICULUM PLANNING

CORE COURSES

The core or compulsory courses are primarily covered in the first two terms while the remaining core courses extend to the other terms, with more emphasis on specialisation electives in second year.

ELECTIVE COURSES

Students choose their specialisation in the third term. They take a maximum of two electives from their chosen specialisation in the third term, equipping them with the necessary foundation for optimum performance during the summer internship. SUMMER INTERNSHIP

A compulsory internship of minimum 8 weeks and maximum 10 weeks after the completion of term III.

WORKSHOPS & MOOC COURSES

Workshops and MOOC courses start from Term I. A student has to complete 4 workshops and online courses (with minimum 2 courses from each category) during the two years of PGDM. However, minimum 1 workshop and 1 online course must be completed in year I to move to year II. Students must opt for workshops or MOOC Courses from the list shared by the Programme Office.

CAPSTONE PROJECT

Students dedicate their last term (Term VI) working on a project with the objective to design a solution to a real-world problem. This prepares them for the working world and enhances the research and analytical mindset. The students work under the guidance of a faculty mentor as well as corporate mentors.
