IMC Brand Case Study

New Delhi, Sep. 8, 2018: Under the subject of Integrated Marketing Communication, Apeejay School of Management organised a ‘Brand Case Study Annual Showcase’ by students who worked on developing an Integrated Marketing Communication Campaign after doing an in-depth Consumer Behaviour Research. They created the Advertising Strategy, Creative Strategy, Media Strategy, PR Strategy and Events Strategy, etc. Students also developed the Brand Identity, TVC, Print Ad Campaign, Radio Spots, Digital Campaign, Media Planning, PR Campaign, Influencer Campaign and Event Campaign for the hypothetical brand under a well-known parent company. Students were guided by Prof. Preeti Suryawanshi and were judged by experts from the advertising industry including Mr Ranjan Mazumdar and Mr Saurabh Dasgupta.

Industrial Visit to Hero MotoCorp

New Delhi, March 16, 2018: PGDM students (Batch 2017-19)  of ASM visited Hero MotoCorp to understand the manufacturing process. A brief overview of plan, manufacturing process, CSR activities , etc. were provided to the students before the plant visit. Students also got an opportunity to visit the assembly line and testing track. It was a great learning experience for the students.

Industrial Visit to Yamaha

New Delhi, Feb. 28, 2018: PGDM students (Batch 2017-19) of ASM visited Yamaha Motors India Pvt. Ltd. to understand the manufacturing process. Students were initially briefed about the company, plant and its various functions by the officials of the company. Students also did a Q&A round with the officials of the company. They visited the workshop, assembly line, warehouse, research division of Yamaha Surajpur, Noida plant. The visit was guided by the Yamaha officials.

Industrial Visit to Mother Dairy

Students of PGDM (2016-18) visited Mother Dairy on 16-17 March 2017 as part of industrial visit. They learnt about nuances of supply-chain of diary industry and observed the milk processing unit. Dr Rajneesh Mahajan, Dr Srirang Jha, Dr Shalini Vermani, Dr Divya Jindal, Dr Shweta Jha, and Dr Neeraj Singhal, facilitated the industrial visit.

Workshop on Gateway to Operations Excellence

New Delhi, Feb. 17, 2017: The IT/OM Department of the Institute organised a Workshop on’ Gateway to Operations Excellence’ for the PGDM – 1st Year students. Mr. Partha Bagchi, Commercial Planning and Supply Chain Head, Shriram Rings and Pistons Ltd., conducted an interactive workshop for the students through management games based on the Toyota Production System. He delivered a session on the overall operations of any organisation along with giving more emphasis on the total quality concepts. A Management game-based activity was also conducted in which students were required to conceptualise a product, based on the given specifications and sell the product keeping in mind the consumer expectations. This interactive session was facilitated by Dr. Monika Arora, Dr. Shalini Vermani and Prof. Anchal Gupta.
