Gurugram, June 24, 2019: A one-day Management Development Programme (MDP) on 'Communicating to Lead' was conducted for the employees of Bravura at their Gurugram Office on 24th June 2019. This MDP was jointly conducted by Dr Etinder Pal Singh and Prof. Ruchi Malik.
New Delhi, April 27, 2019: ASM conducted a Training Program on ‘Financial Modeling’ on 27th April 2019. This Training Program brought together many participants from Jaipur, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi NCR. The Workshop served as an interactive platform for learning the use of spreadsheets in financial theories like Valuations, Sales - Volume Analysis and Project Finance. Workshop covered four cases on Asset Management Analytics, FMCG Case, Linkage of Financial Statements and Project Finance. This Workshop was conducted for the faculty, corporate, research scholars and PG students. The technical session was handled by Dr Sudhi Sharma.
New Delhi, April 14, 2019: ASM conducted a Training Program ‘Tech-Smart Workforce’ on 14th April 2019 at Govind Ram Kahan Chand (GRKC), Lawrence Road, New Delhi. The Workshop served as an interactive platform for learning the use of Smartphone technology, WhatsApp and Facebook. This Workshop was conducted for the workforce at the plant to help them become comfortable using smartphones.
New Delhi, March 28, 2019: ASM conducted a Management Development Program (MDP) on Project Risk Management on March 28, 2019 at ASM, Dwarka Campus. The participants of the MDP were corporate, faculty members and post graduate students. They were from diverse functional areas such as Sales, Marketing and Strategy. The full-day MDP was aimed at creating awareness among the participants about the relevance and applications of Project Management in their respective domains. The Program covered various aspects of Project and Risk Management. The interactive sessions included activities, case discussion and management games. There was also a hands-on session on Project Libre. The MDP was highly appreciated by all the participants and was a huge success. The resource persons for the Program were Dr Monika Arora, Dr Shalini Vermani and Prof. Anchal Gupta.
New Delhi, March 15, 2019: ASM conducted a two-day Faculty Development Program (FDP) on 14th and 15th March 2019 on the topic ‘Research Techniques’. The FDP included sessions on various aspects of research techniques like scaling, sampling methods, hypothesis testing, regression, time series, event study, Johansen Co-integration, VECM, Granger Causality, Impulse Response, etc. Dr Shweta Jha, Dr Priya Gupta and Dr Parul Bhatia were the resource persons for the FDP. Overall, the FDP was well appreciated by all the participants.
