The students sang religious hymns from the holy Guru Granth sahib in the assembly. The highlight of the assembly was an encouraging and value rich message to the students. The teachings of Guru Granth Sahibji- honest living, service and unity of mankind were given to them by the Principal, Mrs. Purnima Vohra.

 

 

an-ode-to-childhood Children’s Day was celebrated at the school with a lot of fun filled activities.The morning began with praise to the Lord. Rishab Sapra of Class VIII shared his views about the importance of Children’s Day. Students performed dances, sang songs & participated in a lot of fun filled games. The school principal, Mrs. Purnima Vohra, interacted with the students about the fulfillment of dreams of Chacha Nehru. She also shared that the future lies in the hands of the children, as they carry the world of tomorrow on their shoulders.

The Apeejay Svran Global School celebrated its Sports Meet ‘Apeejay Athena 2012’ on 29th December, 2012. Perfect weather, enthusiastic and encouraging parents, team effort and excited students made the 29th December, 2012 a memorable day for each one of them. The Chief Guest for the event was an athlete of imposing reputation Captain Shri Bheem Singhji, the first Arjuna Awardee from the state of Haryana. His encouraging presence and motivating words were a source of inspiration for the aspiring athletes.

 

The Pre-primary students of Apeejay Svran Global School paid tribute to their respected grandparents. All the honoured guests were welcomed by the children with a traditional teeka and a symbolic rosette. The grandparents joined their dear children for a session of morning prayers and a fun filled musical rhyme session. The grandparent-grandchild relationship is a special one and this was obvious by the look of pride on the faces of each grandparent present. Grandparents make the world...a little softer, a little kinder, and a little warmer.
