Along with the regular academic programme, the School encourages students to have practical exposure by conducting the site visits to make them study the building services, latest construction techniques & equipments, green building technologies, building automation systems, etc. In today’s context where India is trying to move up the ladder of development, nothing can replace the experience of architects who have learnt to see the world with different perspectives. This is made possible in Apeejay through some of the following site visits conducted by the faculty.


A visit to Hafele, by 3rd year students, was organised by Ar. Seema kharbanda for the purpose of detailed study of Interior Design on 17th November 2018.


Students visited Kaladham Society for the purpose of study of artist’s studio, as a part of the curriculum by 2nd year students. The visit was organised by Ar. Smita Rashmi, Ar. Shyamal Mishra and Ar. J.V Joshi, on 23rd November 2018.

Delhi Trip

Students of the 1st year went for a one-day trip to Delhi and visited various monuments and the National Handicrafts & Handlooms Museum (popularly known as the Crafts Museum). The trip was organised under the guidance of Ar. Gunjan Tyagi, Ar. Kuldeep Mishra, Ar. Manisha Singh and Ar. Raj Kumar Sharma, on 7th December 2018.

Annual NASA held in SJB College of Architecture, Bangalore

28 students visited Annual NASA Convention held at the SJB College of Architecture, Bangalore. They participated in the Annual NASA Design Competition (ANDC) and were amongst the top 36 entries. The trip was organised from 18th to 21st January 2019 by Ar. Manisha Sing.
