Along with the regular academic programme, the School encourages students to have practical exposure by conducting the site visits to make them study the building services, latest construction techniques & equipments, green building technologies, building automation systems, etc. In today’s context where India is trying to move up the ladder of development, nothing can replace the experience of architects who have learnt to see the world with different perspectives. This is made possible in Apeejay through some of the following site visits conducted by the faculty.

Ramnagar, Uttarakhand

Students of 2nd year visited Ramnagar, Uttarakhand, for the purpose of studying resorts and vernacular Architecture, along with two faculty members Ar. Richa Goyal and Ar. Raj Kumar, from 24th July to 27th July 2018.

Bhopal Madhya Pradesh

A study tour to Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, was organised for the students of 3rd year, accompanied by Ar. Rochika Sharma, Ar. Seema Kharbanda and Mr Wasiullah, from 25th July to 28th July 2018.

ADVANT

B. Arch (3rd year) students and few faculty members visited Advant Navis, Business Park, Sector 142, Noida Expressway, on 6th October 2018, to study its unique Automation and HVAC System.

IET Bhaddal, Punjab

35 students visited Institute of Engineering and Technology, Bhaddal, Punjab, for attending the Zonal NASA, held from 18th Oct. - 21st Oct. 2018. They represented the College by participating in various workshops held there. The group was accompanied by Ar. Manisha Sing.
