Apeejay Institute of Technology - School of Architecture & Planning (AIT-SAP) is one of the best architecture colleges known for its academic supremacy, experienced faculty, and top-notch facilities. In a short time, AIT-SAP has gained a reputation as one of the top B. Arch. colleges in Greater Noida, North India. The School was formally inaugurated in October 1999 to coincide with the initiation of classes for B.Arch 1st year under the aegis of Dr B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra. Starting with academic session 2000-01, the B.Arch. course has been affiliated with the U.P. Technical University (now AKTU), Lucknow.
The Apeejay School of Architecture & Planning has been meeting all norms and standards of education stipulated by AICTE and COA and has been granted a regular extension to conduct the Bachelor of Architecture course.

The Apeejay School of Architecture & Planning currently has the approval of the Council of Architecture for the intake of 120 students.
