Course Objective: This course provides an opportunity to develop an understanding of the strategic management of public relations and event management by analyzing the history and current trends of the professions. Students will be immersed in critical thinking, analysis, and writing opportunities to refine their understanding of major concepts and theories associated with Public Relations and Event Mgmt. trends and initiatives. In this highly interactive program, students will learn strategic and creative communication strategies to solve organizational problems or make the most of business opportunities with key publics.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university. Those appearing in their final year also eligible to apply.
Preference will be given to those who have an aptitude for writing and creative imagination, communication skills or interest in managing events.
